      裂果是一种较为常见的生理性病害,在众多果实类作物中广泛发生。该病害的发生会导致果实的商品价值明显下降,甚至完全丧失,最终给产业带来巨大的经济损失。裂果受环境因子和遗传因素协同调控,是一个多基因控制的数量性状。近年来,随着对裂果机制的研究不断深入,大量与裂果相关的基因被发掘,这些基因广泛参与了角质层、细胞壁和激素等相关代谢。与此同时,在裂果防治措施的探索与实施方面,也取得了重要进展。基于当前对裂果研究所取得的一系列重要成果,本文系统且全面地从裂果假说、果皮结构特征、环境因子影响、分子作用机制以及防治措施等方面展开综述,旨在为后续基础研究以及实际生产管理提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Fruit cracking is a relatively common physiological disorder which widely occurs among fruit crops. The occurrence of this disorder can significantly reduce or even completely lose the commercial value of the fruits, ultimately resulting in huge economic losses in the fruit industry. Fruit cracking is synergistically regulated by environmental factors and genetic elements, characterized by a quantitative trait controlled by multiple genes. In recent years, with the in-depth research on the mechanisms underlining fruit cracking, a large number of genes involved in fruit cracking have been identified, most of which are related to the cuticle, cell wall, hormones, and other relevant processes. Meanwhile, the measures to prevent and control fruit cracking have also significantly progressed. Drawing upon recent research achievements, this paper presents a systematic and comprehensive review, focusing on hypotheses regarding fruit cracking, the structural attributes of fruit peel, the influence of environmental factors, molecular mechanisms regulating fruit cracking, as well as prevention and control strategies, with the aim of providing references for basic research and practical production management in future.
