      为明确不同地理来源毛花猕猴桃实生优系的染色体倍性和果实品质,以在河南(HN)、浙江(ZJ)和贵州(GZ)三个不同地区收集到的野生毛花猕猴桃实生大果优株(各10株)为材料,主栽品种华特为对照,采用流式细胞术测定染色体倍性,测定单果质量、可溶性固形物含量、维生素C含量等6项品质指标,运用方差分析、主成分分析、相关性分析和聚类分析进行综合评价。结果表明,所有供试种质均为二倍体,无倍性变异;不同来源组果实品质差异显著:单果质量HN组(55.42 g)>ZJ组(47.37 g)>GZ组(28.09 g);可溶性固形物、可溶性糖含量及固酸比均以GZ组最高(分别17.89%、11.50%、15.27);总酸含量GZ组(1.19%)显著低于HN组(1.41%)和ZJ组(1.41%);维生素C含量ZJ组(661.60 mg/100g)、HN组(592.20 mg/100g)显著高于GZ组(481.20 mg/100g)。相关性分析显示各品质指标显著相关;聚类分析将HN组和ZJ组聚为一类,GZ组单独成类。主成分分析前三个主成分累计方差贡献率91.652%,有26份资源综合得分超过对照,排名前10的资源均为GZ组。研究结果为毛花猕猴桃果实品质评价与品种选育提供了理论及材料基础。
英文摘要:
      To clarify the chromosome ploidy and fruit quality characteristics of superior Actinidia eriantha seedlings from different geographical origins, wild fruits collected from three regions, Henan (HN), Zhejiang (ZJ), and Guizhou (GZ), were used in this study. Ten superior seedlings with the largest single fruit weight were selected from each region, and the main cultivated A. eriantha cultivar ‘White’ was used as the control. Flow cytometry was employed to determine chromosome ploidy. Key fruit quality traits, including single fruit weight, soluble solids content (SSC), vitamin C content, soluble sugar content, total acid content, and SSC/titratable acid ratio (SSC/TA), were measured. Analysis of variance (ANOVA), principal component analysis (PCA), correlation analysis, and cluster analysis were performed to analyze differences in fruit quality traits among accessions from different regions and to identify elite A. eriantha germplasm.The results showed that all tested germplasm were diploid, with no ploidy variation detected. Significant differences were found in fruit quality traits among accessions from different geographical origins. Specifically, single fruit weight was in the order: HN group (55.42 g) > ZJ group (47.37 g) > GZ group (28.09 g). The GZ group exhibited the highest SSC, soluble sugar content, and SSC/TA ratio (17.89%, 11.50%, and 15.27, respectively). The total acid content of the GZ group (1.19%) was significantly lower than that of the HN (1.41%) and ZJ (1.41%) groups, whereas the vitamin C content in the ZJ (661.60 mg/100 g) and HN (592.20 mg/100 g) groups was significantly higher than that in the GZ group (481.20 mg/100 g). Among the resources evaluated, 26 accessions achieved higher comprehensive scores than the control ‘White’ .Notably, the top 10 ranked resources were all from the GZ group.These findings provide a scientific basis for the evaluation of A. eriantha fruit quality and for future breeding.
