| 摘要:本研究以蜂糖李为试验材料,对蜂糖李运输过程中的单纯纸箱+聚乙烯发泡网、聚苯乙烯发泡箱
+聚乙烯发泡网、内衬聚乙烯发泡棉三种包装微环境及后续贮藏质量的影响进行了探究。在冷库预冷12h后,将蜂糖李果实分装成三种包装,随后运输振动台上以100km/h模拟振动48h,振动结束后,在(1± 0.5 ℃)的环境下进行贮藏实验,定期对其品质变化进行检测。结果表明,纸箱内衬聚乙烯发泡棉和聚苯乙烯泡沫箱包装均能够有效的延缓微环境温度的上升,保持包装内湿度;纸箱内衬聚乙烯发泡棉和聚苯乙烯泡沫箱包装均能够有效的降低果实所受的振动,其中纸箱内衬聚乙烯发泡棉综合减振效果最好;结果还表明,纸箱内衬聚乙烯发泡棉能够有效抑制贮藏期间果实腐烂率及多酚氧化酶活性的上升,抑制硬度、色相角、可溶性固形物及可滴定酸含量的降低,更好的维持果实品质,聚苯乙烯泡沫箱包装效果次之,单纯纸箱包装效果最差。 |

| Abstract: In this study, the effects of simple cardboard box + polyethylene foam net, polystyrene foam box
+ polyethene foam mesh, and polyethene foam cotton lining during the transportation of honeydew plums, and the effects of the three packaging microenvironments on the subsequent storage quality were investigated. After pre-cooling in the cold storage for 12 hours, the plum fruits were divided into three types of packages. Then the boxes were placed on a simulated transportation vibration table and vibrated at 100km/h for 48h, and after the end of vibration, storage experiments were carried out under the environment of (1± 0.5 ℃), and the changes in the quality of the fruits were detected periodically. The results showed that the carton lined with polyethene foam cotton and polystyrene foam box packaging are able to effectively slow down the rise of micro-environmental temperature, to maintain the humidity inside the packaging; carton lined with polyethene foam cotton and polystyrene foam box packaging are able to effectively reduce the vibration of the fruits, in which the carton lined with polyethylene foam cotton has the best effect of the integrated vibration damping. The results also showed that the carton lined with polyethylene foam cotton is able to effectively inhibit the increase of fruit decay rate and polyphenol oxidase activity during storage, delay the decline of hardness, color angle, soluble solids and and titratable acid content, and better maintain the quality of the fruits, a polystyrene foam box packaging was the second most effective, and the effect of simple a cardboard box packaging was the worst. |
