| 桂红是通过新红星×华佳杂交选育而来的苹果中熟新品种。果实呈短圆锥形，果面着红色，盖色呈条纹或片状分布，底色为黄绿色，果面平滑，蜡质少；果肉乳白色，汁液中多，肉质细脆，风味酸甜适口，香气浓郁，品质上等。果实平均单果质量237.2 g，果形指数0.82，中等果型；去皮果实硬度7.3 kg/cm2，可溶性固形物含量12.90%，维生素C含量54.6 mg/kg，总酸含量0.20%，在河南商丘7月底开始上色，果实发育期110～120 d，8月上旬成熟。该品种适应性好，适宜在河南商丘、江苏丰县、安徽砀山等地的黄河故道生态区种植推广。 |

The?single fruit average weight of?Guihong is 237.2 grams, with?a?fruit shape index?of?0.82, and a?medium-size.The Guihong?apple?fruit?has?a peel hardness of 7.3 kilograms per square centimeter?,and?soluble solid content of 12.90%, The fruit has a soluble sugar content of 10.28%,??Vitamin C content?of?54.6 mg/kg,and?total acid content of 0.20%.?In Shangqiu, HenanProvince?,the Guihong?apple?fruit?colors?at the end of July and matures in early August.
