| 摘 要：为探究杂交F1代鲜食枣果实遗传变异规律，以‘冬枣’和‘金丝4号’杂交F1代的80株杂交单株为试料，对影响果实的9个主要品质性状（果实纵径、横径、果形指数、单果质量、可溶性固形物含量、维生素C、总糖含量、总酸含量及糖酸比）进行测定，通过遗传变异、相关性和主成分分析进行综合评价。结果表明，80个单株果实品质性状存在着极显著差异，果实9个主要品质性状均存在较大遗传变异，变异系数在1.61%-11.22%；主成分分析结果表明果实纵径、果实横径、果形指数、单果质量、可溶性固形物含量、维生素C 等6个影响因子累计方差贡献率达90.66%，根据综合评价，筛选出综合性状表现优良的单株为j-48、j-26、j-96，j-143、j-66、j-133、j-18、j-47、j-32和j-57。结合连续多年田间性状表现评价，进一步筛选出j-47、j-48和j-57为待选优株，优良单株果实质地酥脆，含汁量多，风味酸甜适中，具备优良鲜食枣品种的特性。 |

| Abstract：In order to explore the genetic variation of fresh jujube fruit in hybrid F1 generation, 80 hybrid plants of '' Dongzao '' and '' Jinsi No.4 '' hybrid F1 generation were used as test materials to determine the nine main quality traits affecting fruit ( fruit longitudinal diameter, transverse diameter, fruit shape index, single fruit weight, soluble solids content, vitamin C, total sugar content, total acid content and sugar-acid ratio ). The comprehensive evaluation was carried out by genetic variation, correlation and principal component analysis.The results showed that there were significant differences in fruit quality traits among 80 individuals. There were large genetic variations in 9 main fruit quality traits, and the coefficient of variation was 1.61 % -11.22 %. The results of principal component analysis showed that the Combined with the performance evaluation of field traits for many years, j-47, j-48 and j-57 were further selected as the excellent plants to be selected. The fruit of the excellent single plant had crisp texture, high juice content, moderate sweet and sour flavor, and had the characteristics of excellent fresh jujube varieties. |
