| 针对我国柑橘产业存在的加工周期短、装备使用率低、不宜鲜销果浪费严重、橙汁品质与效益不足等核心问题,以延长加工周期、实现全量利用、提质降本增效为目标,依托国家柑橘种质资源圃开展系统研究。创新构建柑橘DUS测试体系与区域测试技术体系,筛选培育长周期加工品种组合;攻克缺陷果加工、脱苦、囊胞制备等关键技术与装备;研发品质数据库、无菌贮藏及保鲜灌装技术,形成“品种选育-优质栽培-加工装备-品质保鲜”全链条技术体系。结果表明:建立的“柠檬(9月)+锦橙(11月-翌年4月)+血橙/晚锦橙(2-5月)+夏橙(4-7月)+脐橙(全年缺陷果)”组合实现9月至翌年7月连续11个月原料供应,配套营养诊断技术亩产增幅达150.8%;缺陷果加工装备替代进口,脱苦率达60%以上,出汁率提高5%;囊胞制备技术提升产出率15%,NFC橙汁货架期延长至120天以上。成果已在重庆派森百、森美等20余家龙头企业规模化应用,推动柑橘全量利用率提升至95%以上,培育年销售额超5亿元的品牌3个,产品远销日本、港澳等10余个国家和地区,年新增产值30亿元,有效破解我国橙汁加工依赖进口的困局,为产业高质量发展提供核心技术支撑。 |

| In response to the core problems existing in China's citrus industry, such as short processing cycle, low equipment utilization rate, serious waste of fresh fruit for direct sales, insufficient quality and efficiency of orange juice, etc., with the goal of extending the processing cycle, achieving full utilization, improving quality and reducing costs and increasing efficiency, a systematic research was carried out based on the national citrus germplasm resource bank. Innovative construction of the citrus DUS testing system and regional testing technology system was carried out, and long-cycle processing variety combinations were screened and bred; key technologies and equipment for processing defective fruits, desoiling, and sac cell preparation were overcome; quality database, sterile storage and fresh filling technologies were developed, forming a "variety selection - high-quality cultivation - processing equipment - quality preservation" full-chain technology system. The results show that the "lemon (September) + Jincheng orange (November - next April) + blood orange/late Jincheng orange (February - May) + summer orange (April - July) + xiong orange (all defective fruits throughout the year)" combination can achieve continuous raw material supply from September to July of the following year, and the yield per mu increased by 150.8% with the support of nutritional diagnosis technology; the processing equipment for defective fruits was replaced with imported equipment, the desoiling rate was above 60%, and the juice yield increased by 5%; the sac cell preparation technology increased the output rate by 15%, and the shelf life of NFC orange juice was extended to more than 120 days. The results have been applied on a large scale in 20 or more leading enterprises such as Chongqing Paisenbai and Senmei, promoting the full utilization rate of citrus to over 95%, cultivating 3 brands with annual sales exceeding 500 million yuan, and the products have been exported to more than 10 countries and regions including Japan, Hong Kong and Macau, with an additional annual output value of 3 billion yuan, effectively solving the problem of China's orange juice processing relying on imports, providing core technology support for the high-quality development of the industry. |
