| 夏季鲜食草莓能突破传统草莓春冬两季开花结果的局限性，具有重要的经济价值和广阔的发展前景，当前我国夏季鲜食草莓市场供应不足，南北方品种选择与栽培情况差异较大，配套栽培技术体系不完善。文章综述了国内主要夏季鲜食草莓品种及其品质特性，总结了夏季鲜食草莓高温栽培技术难点，分析了光照、温度、水肥、植物激素和遗传物质对夏季鲜食草莓花芽分化的影响，阐述了夏季鲜食草莓对高温的响应及耐受性提升技术，提出了我国夏季鲜食草莓产业发展中面临的问题与未来展望。 |

| Summer fresh strawberry, which breaks through the traditional limitation of flowering and fruiting in spring and winter, has significant economic value and broad development prospects. Currently, China faces insufficient market supply of summer fresh strawberry, notable regional differences in variety selection and cultivation practices between the north and south, and an underdeveloped supporting cultivation technology system. The article reviews the main summer fresh strawberry varieties selection and the quality traits in China. Summaring the difficulties of high temperature cultivation techniques of summer fresh strawberry. Analysing the effects of light, temperature, water and fertilizer, plant hormones, and genetic material on flower bud differentiation in summer fresh strawberry. Expounding the response of summer fresh strawberry to high temperature and the improvement technology of tolerance. Finally, this paper puts forward the problems and future prospects in the development of summer fresh strawberry industry in China. |
