      【目的】研究不同疏枝量的采后修剪方式对基质栽培蓝莓植株生长结果和品质的影响,明确科学高效的采后修剪方式,为基质栽培蓝莓标准化模式提供有效参考。【方法】以设施大棚内3年生基质栽培蓝莓‘法新’为试材,采用轻度修剪、中度修剪和重度修剪3种方式,分别对应疏除植株枝条总量的20%、40%和60%,通过测定株高、冠幅、叶面积、叶绿素含量等生长数据,单果重、单株产量等结果数据,以及可溶性固形物含量、维生素C等品质指标,并对试验指标进行相关性分析,总结适于基质栽培蓝莓的采后修剪方式。【结果】与不修剪(CK)对比,除冠幅和可滴定酸,三种修剪方式对蓝莓‘法新’的营养生长、结果性状、叶片性状和果实品质相关指标均有不同程度提高。其中轻度修剪仅在株高、果实横径、可溶性固形物较不修剪(CK)存在显著性提高。重度修剪在新梢长度、新梢数量、单株花芽数、单株产量、果实横径、果实纵径、比叶重、叶绿素含量、可溶性固形物和维生素C含量上较不修剪(CK)存在显著性提高,但仅在新梢长度、新梢粗度、单果重、果实纵径、叶面积、叶绿素含量上优于中度修剪,且不存在显著性差异。中度修剪在株高、新梢数量、单株花芽数、单株产量、果实横径、果实纵径、比叶重、可溶性固形物、维生素C含量较不修剪(CK)存在显著性提高,分别提高17.65%、48.32%、27.02%、55.26%、5.35%、5.32%、19.81%、8.46%和11.74%。【结论】采后修剪对基质栽培蓝莓的生长和产量有显著的影响,采取中度修剪对促进基质栽培蓝莓提质增效具有重要意义。
英文摘要:
      【Objective】 To investigate the effects of post-harvest pruning with different branch thinning intensities on the growth, fruiting, and quality of substrate-cultivated blueberry plants, and to identify a scientific and efficient post-harvest pruning strategy, providing effective reference for the standardization of substrate-cultivated blueberry cultivation.【Method】 Three-year-old substrate-cultivated blueberry (cv. 'Faxin') in a greenhouse was used as the experimental material. Three pruning treatments were applied: mild pruning (removing 20% of total branches), moderate pruning (40%), and severe pruning (60%). Growth parameters (plant height, canopy width, leaf area, chlorophyll content), fruiting parameters (single fruit weight, yield per plant), and quality indices (total soluble solids, vitamin C content) were measured. Correlation analysis of the tested indices was conducted to summarize an appropriate post-harvest pruning strategy for substrate-cultivated blueberry. 【Result】 Compared with the control (CK, no pruning), all three pruning treatments improved various indicators related to vegetative growth, fruiting traits, leaf characteristics, and fruit quality of 'Faxin' blueberry, except for canopy width and titratable acidity. Mild pruning significantly enhanced plant height, fruit transverse diameter, and total soluble solids compared to CK. Severe pruning significantly improved new shoot length, new shoot number, flower buds per plant, yield per plant, fruit transverse diameter, fruit longitudinal diameter, specific leaf weight, chlorophyll content, total soluble solids, and vitamin C content compared to CK. However, severe pruning only showed non-significant superiority over moderate pruning in new shoot length, new shoot diameter, single fruit weight, fruit longitudinal diameter, leaf area, and chlorophyll content. Moderate pruning significantly increased plant height (by 17.65%), new shoot number (48.32%), flower buds per plant (27.02%), yield per plant (55.26%), fruit transverse diameter (5.35%), fruit longitudinal diameter (5.32%), specific leaf weight (19.81%), total soluble solids (8.46%), and vitamin C content (11.74%) compared to CK.【Conclusion】Post-harvest pruning significantly influences the growth and yield of substrate-cultivated blueberry. Moderate pruning is of great importance for promoting quality improvement and efficiency enhancement in substrate-cultivated blueberry cultivation.
