| 柑橘是世界上最受欢迎和种植最广泛的水果作物之一,大力发展柑橘产业是重庆契合自身资源环境条件的必然选择。基于重庆柑橘产业的调查,实证了保险服务对柑橘产业发展的助推作用,但也发现重庆柑橘产业保险服务存在保障水平较低、覆盖率较低、区县之间差异较大、满意度较低等不足。对此提出,明确农业风险管理部门,强化农业风险减量管理,探索“主险+附加险”和涉农保险创新,探索发展期货市场等建议,以期为重庆柑橘产业高质量发展提供更完善的风险管理服务。 |

| Citrus is one of the most popular and widely planted fruit crops in the world, vigorously developing the citrus industry is an inevitable choice for Chongqing. Based on a survey of the citrus industry in Chongqing, this paper empirically demonstrates the boosting effect of citrus industry insurance on the development of the citrus industry. However, it also finds that agricultural insurance for the citrus industry faces issues such as low protection levels, low coverage rates, significant regional disparities, and low satisfaction levels. In this regard, it is suggested to clarify the agricultural risk management department, strengthen agricultural risk reduction management, exploring the innovation of "main insurance and additional insurance" and other agriculture-related insurance, find to develop a futures market. These suggestions aim to improve risk management in the citrus industry and promote high-quality development of the citrus industry. |
