| 【目的】本研究旨在探究基施含褐藻寡糖有机肥料对肥城桃果实产量、品质、香气及土壤改良的影响,为优化肥城桃的施肥体系提供有力支撑。【方法】在肥城市桃园镇西里村(2022-2024年)开展田间试验,试验设置常规施肥(CK),基施有机肥(K1)和基施含褐藻寡糖有机肥(K2)3种处理,测定果实产量、品质和土壤理化性质等指标。【结果】K2处理对肥城桃的产量、品质和香气提升效果显著;同时,对土壤容重、总孔隙度、酶活性以及根际微生物量均产生了正向影响。与CK相比,连续两年K2处理果实的产量、平均单果质量、纵径和横径分别提高7.28%、8.93%、7.03%和4.81%;在果实品质方面,可溶性固形物含量提高12.55%,可溶性总糖含量升高22.31%,有机酸含量降低15.38%,维生素C含量升高15.45%,糖酸比提高45.94%;果实香气品质也显著提升;在土壤改良方面,土壤容重降低3.84%,总孔隙度提高7.36%,土壤酶活性及根系微生物量也显著提高。【结论】基施含褐藻寡糖有机肥料,在提高肥城桃果实产量、品质和香气的同时能有效改良土壤。 |

| 【Objective】This study aimed to investigate the effects of basal application of alginate oligosaccharides (AOS)-enriched organic fertilizer on yield, quality, aroma, and soil amendment in Feicheng peach, with a view to optimising fertilization strategies.【Method】The field trials (2022–2024) conducted in Xili Village, Taoyuan Town, included three treatments: conventional fertilization (CK), basal organic fertilizer (K1), and basal AOS-enriched organic fertilizer (K2). Fruit yield, quality parameters, and soil amendment were systematically analyzed.【Result】K2 significantly enhanced fruit performance and soil health. Compared with CK, K2 increased yield, average single-fruit weight, longitudinal diameter, and transverse diameter by 7.28%, 8.93%, 7.03%, and 4.81%, respectively. In fruit quality, the application of K2 increased soluble solids content by 12.55%, total soluble sugars by 22.31%, organic acids by 15.38%, vitamin C by 15.45%, and sugar-acid ratios by 45.94%, compared with the control. In terms of soil amendment, K2 showed 3.84% reduction in soil bulk weight, 7.36% increase in total porosity and significant increase in soil enzyme activity and root microbial population as compared to control. 【Conclusion】Basal application of AOS-enriched organic fertilizer effectively improves Feicheng peach yield, quality, and aroma while promoting soil structure and microbial activity, providing a sustainable fertilization approach for peach cultivation. |
