| 蓝莓是一种富含花青素的具有保健功能和较高经济价值的果树,随着我国栽培面积的逐渐扩大,蓝莓产业化发展中种苗的需求也在不断增加;组培技术具有繁殖速度快、繁殖系数高、不受季节限制等优点,已成为蓝莓种苗繁育中的主要方法;由于不同蓝莓品种的基因型不同,因此需要对培养基类型、植物激素种类和浓度等进行优化,以建立最适的组培快繁体系。本文对蓝莓组培快繁技术的研究进展进行了综述,以期为蓝莓再生体系的建立以及通过转基因技术实现蓝莓品种的改良提供参考。 |

| Blueberry, a fruit tree rich in anthocyanins, has healthcare functions and substantial economic value. With the expansion of cultivation areas in China, the demand for blueberry seedlings is also continuously increasing with the industrialization of blueberry cultivation. Tissue culture technology, characterized by rapid propagation speed, high propagation coefficient, and independence from seasonal restriction, has become the primary method in blueberry seedling propagation. Due to the genotypic differences among various blueberry varieties, it is necessary to optimize the culture medium type, plant hormone type and concentration to establish the most suitable tissue culture and rapid propagation system. This paper reviewed the research progress on tissue culture and rapid propagation technology of blueberry, aiming to provide references for establishing regeneration systems and improving blueberry varieties through genetic engineering. |
