| 热处理是柠檬脱毒及抗耐性研究中一种重要方法,离体培养能够克服环境影响,缩短培育周期,提高繁殖系数。对离体条件下的尤力克柠檬茎段开展了热处理的温度和时长试验,并以为害尤力克柠檬最为严重的黄化脉明病毒(Citrus yellow vein clearing virus, CYVCV)为对象,对热处理抑制病毒的效果进行了实时定量检测。结果表明,随着热处理温度的升高,离体茎段组织结构得到不同程度的破坏,电导率升高。51℃处理30min离体茎段能够正常发育,病毒含量得到明显抑制,是离体尤力克柠檬茎段热处理的极端耐受条件。 |

| Heat treatment is an important method in the study of detoxification and resistance of lemons. In vitro culture can overcome environmental influences, shorten the cultivation cycle and increase the reproduction coefficient. Temperature and duration experiments of heat treatment were carried out on the stem segments of Eurek lemon under in vitro conditions. Taking the Citrus yellow vein clearing virus (CYVCV), which is the most severely damaging to Eurek lemon, as the object, the effect of heat treatment on inhibiting the virus was quantitatively detected in real time. The results show that with the increase of heat treatment temperature, the tissue structure of the isolated stem segments is damaged to varying degrees, and the electrical conductivity increases. The isolated stem segments treated at 51℃ for 30 minutes can develop normally, and the virus content is significantly inhibited. This is an extreme tolerance condition for the heat treatment of isolated Yulike lemon stem segments. |
