| ‘贵长’猕猴桃是贵州自主选育和主要推广栽培的地方品种,近年来果实扁形现象日趋严重。【目的】分析不同植物生长调节剂对‘贵长’猕猴桃扁形果发生及果实品质的影响,探讨最佳施用浓度。 【方法】以‘贵长’猕猴桃为材料,在芽长度约为10mm时分别喷施50 mg/L、100 mg/L、150 mg/L、200 mg/L和400 mg/L的GA3以及10 mg/L 、20 mg/L、30 mg/L和40 mg/L CPPU。【结果】GA3显著降低了扁形果发生率,CPPU处理除10 mg/L浓度外均有不同程度的降低。此外,GA3和CPPU增加猕猴桃正常果和扁形果横径、纵径和单果重,促进猕猴桃果实的膨大。但是,GA3和CPPU的施用降低了正常果和扁形果可溶性固形物、固酸比等营养指标。从研究中还可以发现,适宜浓度的生长调节剂可以改善果实的某些品质,如低浓度CPPU显著增加正常果和扁形果硬度、30mg/L的CPPU能够显著增加正常果和扁形果VC含量、30mg/LCPPU显著增加扁形果总三萜、200mg/L GA3增加扁形果类黄酮含量、10 mg/LCPPU显著增加了正常果类胡萝卜素含量。通过分析对比,发现200mg/L GA3和30mg/L CPPU处理能较好的保持VC、总三萜等营养指标的含量。而‘贵长’猕猴桃扁形果重量高于正常果,具有抗肿瘤作用的总三萜与贮运品质(硬度)优于正常果,VC含量与正常果无差异,其具备一定的特殊营养价值, 可以用于加工开发。【结论】以上结果表明,GA3能减少扁形果发生。而GA3和CPPU处理对猕猴桃果实品质均有不同影响,GA3、CPPU处理的最佳浓度分别为200mg/L、30mg/L。扁形果具备一定的特殊营养价值,可以用于加工开发。 |

| 'Guichang' kiwifruit is a local variety independently selected and mainly popularized in Guizhou Province. In recent years, the increasing occurrence of abnormal fruits has seriously undermined the fruit commodity rate.【Objective】In order to analyze the effects of different plant growth regulators on the occurrence of abnormal fruit and fruit quality of 'Guichang' kiwifruit, and to discuss the optimal application concentration.【Method】taking 'Guichang' kiwifruit as material, GA3 of 50 mg/L, 100 mg/L, 150 mg/L, 200 mg/L and 400 mg/L and CPPU of 10 mg/L, 20 mg/L, 30 mg/L and 40 mg/L were sprayed respectively when the bud length was about 10 mm.【Results】The research results show that GA3 significantly reduced the occurrence of abnormal fruit, except for the 10 mg/L treatment, all other CPPU concentrations reduced the occurrence rate to varying degrees. In addition, GA3 and CPPU increase the diameter, length and weight of normal and abnormal fruit, promote the expansion of kiwifruit.But GA3 and CPPU reduced the soluble solids, solid acid ratio and other nutritional indicators of normal and abnormal fruit. It can also be found from the study that the growth regulator of appropriate concentration can improve some quality of fruit, such as low concentration CPPU significantly increased hardness in normal and abnormal fruit, 30mg/L CPPU significantly increased VC content in normal and abnormal fruit, 30mg/LCPPU significantly increased total triterpenoids in abnormal fruit, 200mg/LGA3 significantly increased flavonoid content in abnormal fruit, and 10mg/LCPPU significantly increased carotenoid content in normal fruit. Through analysis and comparison, it was found that 200mg/LGA3 and 30mg/LCPPU treatments could better maintain the content of VC, total triterpenes and other nutritional indicators. In addition, the weight of 'Guichang' kiwifruit abnormal fruit is higher than that of normal fruit, the total triterpenoids with anti-tumor effect and storage and transportation quality (hardness) are better than that of normal fruit, and the VC content is no different from that of normal fruit, so it has certain special nutritional value and can be used for processing and development.【Conclusion】The above results show that GA3 can reduce the occurrence of abnormal fruit. GA3 and CPPU treatments had different effects on the quality of kiwi fruit. The optimal concentrations of GA3 and CPPU were 200mg/L and 30mg/L, respectively. The abnormal fruit has special nutritional value and can be used for processing and development. |
