      为弄清云南苹果产区木腐病的主要类型及病原菌多样性,本研究对云南昭通与曲靖马龙区两个苹果主产区进行病原菌调查和致病性等研究。根据木腐菌形态特征和为害症状对其分类,子实体分离培养后以菌落形态特征和应用真菌ITS与28S rDNA(LSU)基因进行分子鉴定木腐菌种类,并用‘红富士’枝条致伤接种以测定木腐菌致病性差异。结果显示木腐病集中发生于树龄为10~18年的‘红富士’枝干,病原菌分为4类,分别是裂褶菌Schizophyllum commune(type Ⅰ)、毛栓菌Trametes hirsuta(type Ⅱ)、硬毛粗毛盖孔菌Coriolopsis trogii(type Ⅲ)、彩绒栓菌Trametes versicolor(type Ⅳ),四类木腐菌对‘红富士’枝干均有致病力,其中,裂褶菌的致病力最强。本研究明确了云南苹果产区木腐病的病原菌类型,首次报道毛栓菌(T. hirsuta)引起苹果的木腐病,为苹果木腐病的监测及防控提供理论依据和研究基础。
英文摘要:
      In order to clarify the main types and pathogen diversity of the apple wood decay in apple producing areas in Yunnan, this study conducted pathogen investigation and pathogenicity research on the two major apple producing areas, Zhaotong and Malong in Qujing of Yunnan. Based on the morphological characteristics and damage symptoms of wood decay fungi, their classification was carried out. After isolating and culturing the fruiting bodies, the species of wood decay fungi were identified by colony morphology and molecular identification using the fungal ITS and 28S rDNA (LSU) genes. The pathogenic differences of wood decay fungi were determined by inoculating them onto the branches of 'Red Fuji'. The results showed that wood decay disease mainly occurred on the branches of ‘Red Fuji’ with an age of 10-18 years. The pathogens were divided into 4 categories, namely Schizophyllum commune (type Ⅰ), Trametes hirsuta (type Ⅱ), Coriolopsis trogii (type Ⅲ) and Trametes versicolor (type Ⅳ), all 4 fungi had pathogenicity on the branches of ‘Red Fuji’ and S. commune has the strongest pathogenicity. This study clarified the wood-decaying fungi types of wood decay in Yunnan apple planting areas and first reported T. hirsuta causing wood decay, which can provide theoretical research basis for the monitoring and control of apple wood decay.
