| 为选育适合‘贵长’猕猴桃品种的专用雄性品种,以前期选育的7个雄株优系为材料开展花粉直感试验,通过主成分分析,结合花器官特性及生产目标需求进行综合评价。结果表明:不同雄株花粉直感效应存在特异性,7个雄性优系在授粉效率、果实品质等方面均优于外源商品花粉。GCX2403和GCX2409得分最高,二者在固酸比、总糖等指标上表现突出,GCX2407在单果重、可溶性固形物、干物质和可滴定酸方面优势显著。‘贵长’猕猴桃专用雄性品种的选育应优先考虑GCX2407(高产优质)、GCX2403(风味优化)和GCX2409(高糖特性),并建立“早花+主花+晚花”的多雄株配置模式以增强抗风险能力。 |

| To breed specialized male varieties suitable for the "Guichang" kiwifruit cultivar, a xenia experiment was conducted using seven elite male lines previously selected. A comprehensive evaluation was performed through principal component analysis, combined with floral organ characteristics and production objectives. Results showed that pollen xenia effects varied significantly among different male lines. All seven elite male lines outperformed exogenous commercial pollen in pollination efficiency and fruit quality. GCX2403 and GCX2409 achieved the highest scores, demonstrating exceptional performance in sugar-acid ratio and total sugar content. GCX2407 exhibited significant advantages in single fruit weight, soluble solids, dry matter, and titratable acid. The breeding program for specialized male varieties of "Guichang" kiwifruit should prioritize GCX2407 (high yield and quality), GCX2403 (flavor optimization), and GCX2409 (high-sugar trait), while establishing a multi-male configuration model of "early-flowering + main-flowering + late-flowering" to enhance risk resilience. |
