      对湖南省不同区域土壤生化条件下种植的阳光玫瑰葡萄品质进行综合评价,为培育高品质阳光玫瑰葡萄提供理论依据。以浏阳阳光玫瑰葡萄大棚种植土壤、浏阳施用无机肥种植葡萄的试验土壤、澧县大棚种植阳光玫瑰葡萄土壤这三种不同类型土壤条件,以及种植于这三种不同类型土壤中的阳光玫瑰葡萄为研究对象。分析果实品质与土壤养分间的相关关系,通过主成分分析法对阳光玫瑰葡萄可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、Vc、还原糖、类黄酮及总酚含量进行综合评价。不同土壤类型pH、有机质和矿质养分含量变异系数范围为3.55%(硅)~80.96%(钙),有机质与pH、有机碳、氮、磷、钾等含量呈极显著正相关(p<0.01);pH与有机碳、氮、磷、钾等含量呈极显著正相关(p<0.01),湖南省不同区域土壤类型条件下阳光玫瑰葡萄品质指标变异系数范围为11.99%(Vc)~81.74%(总酚),可溶性固形物与pH、有机碳、氮、钾、淀粉酶、蔗糖酶等呈极显著正相关(p<0.01)。可滴定酸与pH、有机碳、氮等呈极显著负相关(p<0.01)。Vc与有机质、有机碳、磷、多酚氧化酶、蛋白酶等呈极显著正相关(p<0.01)。还原糖与pH、有机碳、钙、淀粉酶、蔗糖酶等呈极显著正相关(p<0.01)。类黄酮与pH、有机质、有机碳、钙、多酚氧化酶、蛋白酶等具有极显著正相关(p<0.01)。综合评价结果表明澧县土壤中的阳光玫瑰葡萄综合品质最好。
英文摘要:
      The quality of sunshine rose grapes planted under soil biochemical conditions in different regions of Hunan Province was comprehensively evaluated to provide theoretical basis for cultivating high-quality sunshine rose grapes. Three different types of soil conditions, namely, Liuyang sunshine rose grape greenhouse soil, Liuyang experimental soil for planting grapes with inorganic fertilizer, Lixian greenhouse soil for planting sunshine rose grapes, and sunshine rose grapes planted in these three different types of soil were taken as the objects. The correlation between fruit quality and soil nutrients was analyzed, and the contents of soluble solids, titratable acid, Vc, reducing sugar, flavonoids and total phenols of Sunshine Rose grape were comprehensively evaluated by principal component analysis. The coefficient of variation of pH, organic matter and mineral nutrients in different soil types ranged from 3.55% (silicon) to 80.96% (calcium), and organic matter was positively correlated with pH, organic carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium (P < 0.01). There was a significant positive correlation between pH and the contents of organic carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium (P < 0.01). The coefficient of variation of quality indexes of Sunshine Rose Grape under different soil types in Hunan Province ranged from 11.99% (VC) to 81.74% (total phenol), and the soluble solids were significantly positively correlated with pH, organic carbon, nitrogen, potassium, amylase and sucrase (P Titrable acid was negatively correlated with pH, organic carbon and nitrogen (P < 0.01). Vc was positively correlated with organic matter, organic carbon, phosphorus, polyphenol oxidase and protease (P < 0.01). Reducing sugar was positively correlated with pH, organic carbon, calcium, amylase and sucrase (P < 0.01). Flavonoids were positively correlated with pH, organic matter, organic carbon, calcium, polyphenol oxidase and protease (P < 0.01). The comprehensive evaluation results show that the comprehensive quality of sunshine rose grape in Lixian soil is the best.
