      以2年生蓝莓'莱克西'为试验材料,接种贵州省不同野生杜鹃花科菌根真菌,探究不同菌根真菌对蓝莓的接种效应。结果表明:接种不同野生杜鹃花菌根真菌对蓝莓植株生长和果实品质具有显著促进作用。与CK相比,接种YS7菌株后株高增加33.02%,YS5菌株处理后地径增加18.77%,YS5菌株处理的根系活力是CK的1.64倍,接种YS7菌株后叶绿素总量提升47.27%。果实品质上,YS8和YS4菌株处理显著提高平均单果重,接种YS8和YS6菌株后可溶性固形物含量提升21.01%和20.15%;YS8菌株处理的花青素含量增加16.09%。综合分析,YS7和YS5菌株对植株生长指标改善效果显著,YS8菌株对果实品质提升作用最突出。本试验为野生杜鹃花科菌根真菌在蓝莓栽培中的高效应用提供了一定支持。
英文摘要:
      This study utilized two-year-old blueberry plants as experimental material to investigate the effects of inoculation with different wild Ericaceae mycorrhizal fungi from Guizhou Province on blueberry growth and fruit quality. The results demonstrated that inoculation with these fungi significantly enhanced plant growth and fruit quality. Compared to theCK, the YS7 strain increased plant height by 33.02%, while the YS5 strain increased stem diameter by 18.77%. Additionally, root activity under YS5 treatment was 1.64 times higher than that of CK. Regarding photosynthetic performance, the total chlorophyll content in YS7-inoculated plants increased by 47.27% compared to CK.Fruit quality analysis revealed that YS8 and YS4 strains significantly enhanced average single fruit weight. YS8 and YS6 strains increased soluble solids content by 21.01% and 20.15%, respectively. The YS8 treatment also elevated anthocyanin content by 16.09%, while YS3 and YS7 strains increased total phenolic content by 19.23% and 16.87%, respectively.Comprehensive evaluation indicated that YS7 and YS5 strains markedly improved plant growth parameters, whereas YS8 exhibited the most pronounced enhancement in fruit quality. This study provides theoretical and technical support for the efficient application of wild Ericaceae mycorrhizal fungi in blueberry cultivation.
