      对“神舟十五号”飞船搭载的贵农5号和贵农7号刺梨种子开展了育苗试验,结果表明,航天搭载对刺梨种子发芽率、成苗率影响不显著,但SP1代部分植株产生了形态变异,获得变异植株5株,其中贵农5号产生变异植株4株,贵农7号产生变异植株1株,变异率分别为1.4%和0.38%。这些形态变异主要表现为小叶形状、大小、叶面色泽等叶片形态的变异和皮刺着生数量与着生位置的变异。

      A seedling cultivation experiment was conducted on Rosa roxburghii seeds (cultivars GuiNong 5 (GN5) and GuiNong 7 (GN7)) carried by the Shenzhou-15 spacecraft through spaceflight-induced mutation breeding. The results showed:Germination Rate: The germination and seedling rates of Rosa roxburghii seeds are not significantly affected by spaceflight treatment.Morphological Variations in SP1 Generation:Mutation Frequency: 5 variant plants were obtained, with 4 from GN5 (1.4% mutation rate) and 1 from GN7 (0.38% mutation rate).Key Variation Traits:Leaf Morphology: Alterations in leaflet shape, size, and blade coloration;Thorn Characteristics: Variations in the number and distribution of epidermal prickles.This study preliminarily validates that space mutagenesis can induce phenotypic diversity in Rosa roxburghii, providing germplasm resources for subsequent selection of elite mutants.
