| 【目的】明确长江中下游地区首次发现一露尾甲类害虫的具体种类。【方法】提取供试露尾甲类幼虫的总DNA,扩增COⅠ基因并测序。采用最大似然法构建系统发育树。【结果】供试露尾甲幼虫的COⅠ序列与烂果露尾甲(Phenolia picta)的COⅠ序列相似度达96.77%。以供试露尾甲幼虫COⅠ序列构建的系统发育树表明,供试露尾甲幼虫序列与烂果露尾甲(Phenolia picta)高度同源。【结论】本文通过对采集到的露尾甲类幼虫进行了分子鉴定,确定长江中下游地区首次发现的露尾甲类害虫为烂果露尾甲(Phenolia picta),并提供了综合防治方法,为该虫在葡萄上的应急防控提供了理论依据。 |

| 【Objective】Clarify the specific species of a Nitidulidae pest first identified in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River region.【Method】Extract the total DNA from the tested Nitidulidae larvae, amplify the COI gene and sequence it. Construct a phylogenetic tree using the maximum likelihood method.【Results】The COI sequences of the tested Nitidulidae larvae exhibited 96.77% similarity to those of Phenolia picta. Phylogenetic analysis based on the COI sequences of the tested Nitidulidae larvae revealed high homology with Phenolia picta.【Conclusion】This study conducted molecular identification of collected Nitidulidae larvae, confirming that the Nitidulidae pest first discovered in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River region is Phenolia picta. Integrated management strategies were proposed, providing a theoretical foundation for emergency control measures against this pest in grape cultivation. |
