      裂果成为制约度尾文旦柚产业发展的关键因素,为探讨不同矿质元素对度尾文旦柚裂果和品质的影响,开展矿质元素喷施对比试验。结果表明,6个喷施处理的2个时期裂果率和大口径裂果比例均低于对照,其中糖醇钙镁硼锌处理的最低,糖醇钙镁处理的次之,裂果程度均较轻。同时,不同矿质元素对度尾文旦柚品质也有一定影响,所有喷施处理的可滴定酸含量均低于对照,固酸比均高于对照;其中糖醇钙镁处理的可溶性固形物、总糖含量最高,糖醇钙镁硼锌和亚硒酸钠处理的次之;亚硒酸钠处理的维生素C含量最高,糖醇钙镁处理的和糖醇钙镁硼锌的也较高。度尾文旦柚挂果期施肥时,建议喷施钙镁多元素水溶性叶面肥,以减少裂果的发生,同时利于果实品质的提高。
英文摘要:
      Fruit cracking of pomelo‘Duweiwendan"has become a critical factor limiting industrial development. To explore the effects of different mineral elements on fruit cracking and quality of pomelo‘Duweiwendan", a comparative experiment on the application of mineral elements was conducted. The results showed that, the fruit cracking rate and the proportion of large-caliber cracking in two periods of six application treatments were lower than those of the control group, with the calcium-magnesium-boron-zinc sugar alcohol treatment showing the lowest rates, followed by the calcium-magnesium sugar alcohol treatment, and the severity of cracking was relatively mild in both cases. Meanwhile, different mineral elements also had a certain impact on the quality of pomelo‘Duweiwendan". The titratable acid content of all application treatments was lower than that of the control group, and the solid-acid ratio was higher than that of the control group. Among them, the calcium-magnesium sugar alcohol treatment had the highest soluble solids and total sugar content, followed by the calcium-magnesium-boron-zinc sugar alcohol and sodium selenite treatments. The sodium selenite treatment had the highest vitamin C content, and the calcium-magnesium sugar alcohol and calcium-magnesium-boron-zinc sugar alcohol treatments also had relatively high levels. It is recommended to apply a multi-element water-soluble foliar fertilizer containing calcium and magnesium during the fruiting period of pomelo‘Duweiwendan" to reduce the occurrence of fruit cracking and improve fruit quality.
