| 核桃是我国重要的木本油料作物之一。其产业发展关乎国家粮油安全与农业结构调整。本研究系统分析了我国核桃产业的现状与发展路径:首先基于产量地理分布特征将核桃主产区划分为西北、西南、华北及华东四大产区,详细阐述了各产区产业规模、主栽品种特性及果实品质特点;然后从生态适应性角度,总结了不同产区的栽培技术体系,包括模式选择、土肥水管理及病虫害防控等关键技术;进而从加工利用维度,解析了核桃营养成分的健康功效,系统梳理了鲜果贮藏、油脂提取和蛋白加工等加工处理技术。针对全产业链发展中的瓶颈问题,提出了涵盖种植优化、加工升级和市场拓展的综合对策,为推进核桃产业提质增效、实现高质量发展提供理论依据和实践参考。 |

| Walnut is one of the important woody oil crops in China. Its industrial development is related to national food and oil security and agricultural structure adjustment. This study systematically analyzes the current situation and development path of China's walnut industry: firstly, based on the geographical distribution of production characteristics of the walnut main producing areas are divided into four major producing areas, namely, Northwest, Southwest, North China and East China, and elaborates in detail the scale of the industry in the various producing areas, the characteristics of the main varieties and the quality of the fruits; then, from the perspective of ecological adaptability, it summarizes the system of cultivation technology in different producing areas, including the selection of modes, soil, fertilizer, and water management, as well as key technologies such as pest prevention and control; then, from the processing and utilization dimension, it analyzes the health of walnut nutrients. Then from the perspective of ecological adaptation, it summarizes the cultivation technology system in different production areas, including mode selection, soil, fertilizer and water management, pest control and disease prevention; and then from the dimension of processing and utilization, it analyzes the health efficacy of walnut nutrients, and systematically combs the processing technologies such as fresh fruit storage, oil extraction and protein processing. For the bottlenecks in the development of the whole industrial chain, comprehensive countermeasures covering planting optimization, processing upgrading and market expansion are put forward to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for promoting the quality and efficiency of walnut industry and realizing high-quality development. |
