| 为探究不同花粉对‘翠玉’猕猴桃果实品质的影响,采集不同猕猴桃花粉分别进行人工授粉,测定坐果率和果实主要品质指标。结果表明,各雄株花粉与‘翠玉’都具有较好的亲和性,美味猕猴桃雄株花粉M5、M6和M7处理均有效提高了‘翠玉’的单果重,显著降低了‘翠玉’的畸形果率。各处理对‘翠玉’的果形指数均无明显影响。美味猕猴桃雄株花粉对‘翠玉’的SSC提高均表现了良好的效果,M5和M7处理对提高‘翠玉’的干物质含量效果显著,中华猕猴桃雄株对果实的SSC和干物质含量影响不显著。综上,以M5和M7处理即美味猕猴桃‘贵长’雄株和‘米良1号’雄株更适宜作为‘翠玉’的授粉树。 |

| Actinidia chinensis cv. of ‘Cuiyu’ was used as the test material, the pollen of different male plants were tested, and the fruit setting rate, single fruit weight , fruit shape index, abnormal fruit rate, soluble solids content (SSC), and dry matter content of the fruits after softening were measured to study the effects of different mail pollens on kiwifruit quality. Results showed no significant differences in the fruit-setting rate of ‘Cuiyu’ pollinated with different male pollens compared to the control. Pollens from M5, M6, and M7 treatments significantly increased the average single-fruit weight and markedly reduced the rate of abnormal fruits. None of the treatments had a significant effect on the fruit shape index. Pollens from A. deliciosa males improved the soluble solid content (SSC) of ‘Cuiyu’ fruits more effectively than those from A. chinensis males. Both M5 and M7 treatments significantly enhanced the dry matter content of ‘Cuiyu’ fruits. The A. chinensis male pollen sources showed no significant effects on SSC or dry matter content. In conclusion, M5 and M7 (males of ‘Guichang’ and ‘Miliang 1’) are more suitable as pollinizers for ‘Cuiyu’. |
