| 为了了解野生毛花猕猴桃果实品质的变异特征,建立果实品质综合评价体系,以浙江、福建境内收集到的75份野生毛花猕猴桃种质资源为材料,测定了单果重、纵横径、可溶性固形物、酸度、维生素C含量、干物质含量等9个品质指标,并开展了变异分析、主成分分析和综合评价。结果表明,维生素C含量、干物质含量、单果重等指标的变异系数较大,而纵横径、可溶性固形物等指标的变异系数较小;浙江境内的野生毛花猕猴桃多样性H’指数略高于福建境内的野生毛花猕猴桃;通过主成分分析提取了5个主成分,累积贡献率达88.14%,可以反映浙闽两地野生毛花猕猴桃的综合品质。本研究建立了浙闽两地野生毛花猕猴桃的果实品质综合评价模型,评分前五的种质资源为FJ-34、ZJ-35、ZJ-10、FJ-13和FJ-4。 |

| To investigate the variation characteristics of fruit quality in wild A. eriantha collected from Zhejiang and Fujian provinces, establish a comprehensive fruit quality evaluation system, and provide a theoretical basis for the collection, selection, and conservation of wild resources. A total of 75 wild A. eriantha germplasm resources collected from Zhejiang and Fujian provinces as materials, nine quality traits including single fruit weight, longitudinal and transverse diameters, soluble solids content, acidity, vitamin C content, dry matter were measured and used for variation analysis, principal component analysis, and comprehensive evaluation. The coefficient of variation for indicators such as vitamin C content, dry matter, and single fruit weight is relatively large, while the coefficient of variation for indicators such as longitudinal and transverse diameters, and soluble solids content is relatively small. The diversity index (H’) of wild A. eriantha in Zhejiang is slightly higher than that of wild A. eriantha in Fujian. Five principal components were extracted through principal component analysis, with a cumulative contribution rate of 88.14%, which reflects the overall quality of wild A. eriantha in Zhejiang and Fujian. This study established a comprehensive fruit quality evaluation model for wild A. eriantha in Zhejiang and Fujian. The top five germplasm resources based on the scores were FJ-34, ZJ-35, ZJ-10, FJ-13, and FJ-4. |
