| 核桃青皮作为核桃加工过程中的主要副产物,因富含酚类、醌类、二芳基庚烷类及萜类等生物活性成分,具有显著的资源化利用潜力。然而,其不当处置导致环境污染与资源浪费,亟需高值化利用技术突破。本文系统综述了核桃青皮中主要功能成分的研究进展,并总结了核桃青皮在食品、医药、农业等领域的创新应用,旨在为核桃青皮高值化利用提供思路,同时也为农业废弃物资源化利用和核桃产业可持续发展提供理论支撑。 |

| As the main by-product in the walnut processing process, walnut green husk is rich in bioactive components such as phenolic compounds, quinones, diarylheptanoids, and terpenoids, and has significant potential for resource utilization. However, the improper disposal of walnut green husk has led to environmental pollution and resource waste, and there is an urgent need for breakthroughs in high-value utilization technologies. This study systematically reviews the research progress of the main functional components in walnut green husk, and summarizes the innovative applications of walnut green husk in the fields of food, medicine, agriculture, etc., aiming to provide ideas for the high-value utilization of walnut green husk, and also provide theoretical support for the resource utilization of agricultural waste and the sustainable development of the walnut industry. |
