| 南太湖特早是夏黑葡萄芽变优系,其成熟期早于亲本10天左右,品质性状优于目前产业上推广的同期成熟品种早夏无核。研究南太湖特早果实的生长发育规律,对比其与早夏无核、夏黑果实在生长发育和物质积累过程中的异同,对于探明这一优良品种的特性,为进一步研究配套栽培技术,提升果实品质提供理论依据。研究结果表明,南太湖特早果实生长发育期持续约60 d,可分为第一快速生长期、停滞期和第二快速生长期,其中停滞期处于花后21-28 d之间,持续时间较短且不明显。从花后28 d起进入第二快速生长期,果实开始着色、变软,伴随着糖分的迅速积累和酸的降解。南太湖特早果实发育进程与早夏无核基本一致,着色较母本夏黑提早约1周,成熟提早约10 d。南太湖特早果实在糖分和果皮花青苷的积累速率上始终快于早夏无核,具有更为优良的品质。 |

| Nantaihutezaois a new grape variety selected from the bud sport of Summer Black, in the process of very early-ripening grape breeding. It ripens in the middle of July under the condition of forcing culture in Zhejiang Province. The maturity time of Nantaihutezao is about 10 days in advance compared to Summer Black, and approximates that of Zaoxia Wuhe (another grape variety derived from an early-ripening bud sport on Summer Black). However, Nantaihutezao is superior to Zaoxia Wuhe in the aspect of fruit quality. Therefore, Nantaihutezao is worth popularizing because of its high economic and social value.In this study, Nantaihutezao, Zaoxia Wuhe and Summer Black were used as materials. The berry growth rules and the dynamic accumulation of quality traits of Nantaihutezao and reference varieties were studied and compared.The growth and development process of Nantaihutezao grape berry lasts about 60 days, which could be divided into 3 stages: the first rapid growth stage, core-hardening stage and the secong rapid growth stage. Among these stages, the core-hardening stage occurs during 21-28 days after flowering, which lasts a very short time and is difficult to be observed. The second rapid growth stage begins at 28 days after flowering, accompanied with the coloring and softening of berry, the accumulation of sugar and the degradation of acid. Compared with Summer Black, Nantaihutezao has an earlier and shorter core-hardening period, what following is 7 days and 10 days in advance respectively at fruiting coloring and ripening. Although they have a consistent rule of berry growth and development, Nantaihutezao has better fruit quality than Zaoxia Wuhe due to a higher accumulation rate of sugar and anthocyanin in the skin all along. |
