| 柑橘砂皮病主要由柑橘间座壳菌(Diaporthe citri)引起。为筛选得到针对柑橘间座壳菌的有效药剂,采取菌丝生长速率法测定了32种杀菌剂(产品)对分离自四川安岳尤力克柠檬的LZK3菌株及分离自四川广安龙安柚的GISP菌株的抑制效果。结果表明,25%吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂(盈燃)、25%吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂(田盛)、400 g/L氯氟醚?吡唑酯悬浮剂、43%氟菌?肟菌酯悬浮剂、30%苯甲?吡唑酯悬浮剂、29%吡萘?嘧菌酯悬浮剂、20%烯肟?戊唑醇悬浮剂对两个菌株的EC50<0.1 mg/L,抑菌效果较强;80%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂(大生M-45)、80%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂(山德生)、78%波尔?锰锌可湿性粉剂、70%代森联水分散粒剂、70%丙森锌可湿性粉剂对两个菌株的EC50>10 mg/L,抑菌效果较弱。相同杀菌剂对不同菌株的抑菌活性存在一定差异,相对毒力倍数介于1.01~5 124.4之间。研究结果可为田间防治柑橘砂皮病药剂筛选和监测病菌抗药性变化提供帮助。 |

| Absrtact: The citrus scab disease is primarily caused by the fungus Diaporthe citri. In order to identify effective fungicides against Diaporthe citri, the mycelial growth rate method was employed to ascertain the inhibitory effects of 32 fungicides (products) on the LZK3 strain isolated from Eureka lemon in Anyue, Sichuan and the GISP strain isolated from Long''an pomelo in Guang''an, Sichuan. The results showed that the EC50 of 25% pyraclostrobin suspension concentrate (Yingran), 25% pyraclostrobin suspension concentrate (Tiansheng), 400 g/L chlorothalonil?pyraclostrobin suspension concentrate, 43% fludioxonil?triflumizole suspension concentrate, The EC50 values for the other active ingredients tested were all less than 0.1 mg/L, indicating strong inhibitory effects; the EC50 of 80% mancozeb wettable powder (Daisen M-45), 80% mancozeb wettable powder (Shandesheng), 78% mancozeb?manganese zinc wettable powder, 70% mancozeb water dispersible granules, and 70% propiconazole wettable powder against the two strains was greater than 10 mg/L, indicating weak inhibitory effects. It was observed that there were certain differences in the inhibitory activity of the same fungicide against different strains, with the relative toxicity factor ranging from 1.01 to 5,124.4. The findings of this study can assist in the selection of fungicides for the field control of Diaporthe citri and the monitoring of changes in pathogen resistance. |
