| 梨果锈严重降低了梨果实的外观品质及商品价值。梨果皮的褐色锈斑是果皮角质层和表皮细胞破损后形成木栓层的外在颜色表现,而木栓质是木栓层的重要组成成分,其沉积过程与果锈的形成密切相关。因此,探究梨果锈木栓质的合成机制及其调控途径对提高果实外观品质具有重要意义。本文综述了在梨果锈木栓质合成过程中发挥关键作用的酶、转录因子以及激素等因子,旨在为梨果锈木栓质调控网络的进一步研究以及果实外观品质的提升提供理论参考。 |

| The appearance quality and market value of pear fruit are seriously reduced due to pear fruit russeting.The brown russet spots on pear peel are the external manifestation of cork layer that forms following damage to the cuticle and surface cells of the peel. Suberin is an important component of cork layer, and its deposition process is closely related to the formation of fruit russeting.Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the synthesis mechanism and regulation pathway of suberin in pear russeting to improve the appearance quality of the fruits. In this paper, the key factors such as enzymes, transcription factors and hormones in the synthesis of suberin during pear russeting are reviewed,aiming to provide a theoretical reference for further research on the regulatory network of suberin in pear fruit russeting and the improvement of fruit appearance quality. |
