| 【目的】为筛选出适合广西地区番荔枝冬季果实生产的果袋类型。【方法】以五年生‘凤梨释迦’番荔枝为试验材料,采用外白内黄双层纸袋(T1)、黄色双层纸袋(T2)、外红内黑双层纸袋(T3)、白色单层纸袋(T4)、黄色单层纸袋(T5)等5种不同类型果袋进行套袋处理,不套袋的果实作为对照(CK),分析这五种不同类型果袋下的果实内外品质及抗氧化酶活性等综合表现。【结果】不同类型果袋对果实内外品质及抗氧化酶活性存在显著相关性。尽管套袋处理会降低果实的糖酸比值、可溶性固形物含量、维生素C含量和钾含量,但同时提高了果实的单果质量、横径、纵径和果表亮度,并显著增强了POD、SOD和CAT等抗氧化酶的活性。其中,T5处理的整体表现最为突出,与CK相比,其果实横径、纵径、单果质量、果表亮度以及POD、SOD和CAT等活性分别显著提高了10.15%、7.15%、11.35%、13.73%、68.89%、56.52%、42.31%。【结论】建议在广西地区的番荔枝冬季果实生产上,采用黄色单层纸袋(T5)进行套袋处理,以优化果实品质和增强其抗氧化能力。 |

| 【Objective】In order to screen out the suitable type of fruit bag for winter fruit production of the Annona Squamosa in Guangxi. 【Method】Five-year-old 'Atemoya' Annona squamosa L. trees were used as the experimental materials. Five different types of fruit bags were applied: double-layer white outer and yellow inner paper bags(T1), double-layer yellow paper bags(T2), double-layer red outer and black inner paper bags(T3), single-layer white paper bags(T4), and single-layer yellow paper bags(T5), Unbagged fruits served as the control(CK). The internal and external fruit quality and antioxidant enzyme activities were analyzed under these different bagging treatments.【Results】 The type of fruit bag significantly influenced the internal and external fruit quality and antioxidant enzyme activities. Although bagging reduced the sugar-acid ratio, soluble solid content, vitamin C content, and potassium content, it increased the single fruit weight, transverse diameter, longitudinal diameter, and fruit surface brightness. Additionally, it significantly enhanced the activities of antioxidant enzymes such as POD, SOD, and CAT. Among the treatments, T5(single-layer yellow paper bag) showed the most outstanding overall performance. Compared to CK, T5 significantly increased the transverse diameter, longitudinal diameter, single fruit weight, fruit surface brightness, and the activities of POD, SOD, and CAT by 10.15%, 7.15%, 11.35%, 13.73%, 68.89%, 56.52%, and42.31%, respectively.【Conclusion】It is recommended to use single-layer yellow paper bags(T5) for bagging in winter Annona squamosa fruit production in Guangxi to optimize fruit quality and enhance antioxidant capacity. |
