      为探究‘巨峰’葡萄不同套袋处理后果实品质的差异,本研究以‘巨峰’葡萄为试材,对果实进行蓝色、绿色、白色、半透明和全遮光的套袋处理,通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术对不同果袋处理的‘ 巨峰 ’葡萄进行代谢组学分析。结果显示,本次研究共检测出66个色谱峰,鉴定出 64 种化合物。各果袋类型下筛选出的差异代谢物均有不同,其中半透明果袋类型共筛选出5个差异代谢物,包括蔗糖在内的3个代谢物含量较对照显著上升,苹果酸和 2,6-二叔丁基苯酚含量下降,差异代谢物显著富集于淀粉和蔗糖代谢通路、半乳糖代谢通路、ABC 转运蛋白通路。上述结果说明,半透明套袋方式处理的‘巨峰’葡萄其果实内含物相较于其余 4 种套袋方式处理的‘巨峰’葡萄果实内含物在代谢中的表现更加活跃,对改善‘ 巨峰’葡萄的品质有显著的作用。本研究的结果为套袋技术在‘巨峰’葡萄的果实品质改良应用中提供了有力的依据。
英文摘要:
      In order to investigate the differences in fruit quality of ‘Kyoho’ grapes after different bagging treatments, this experiment was conducted with ‘Kyoho’ grapes in blue, green, white, translucent and full shade bagging treatments, and the metabolomic analysis of ‘Kyoho’ grapes with different bagging treatments was performed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The metabolomic analysis was performed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry on the grapes with different bag treatments. The results showed that a total of 66 peaks were detected and 64 compounds were identified in this study. The content of three metabolites, including sucrose, increased significantly compared with the control, and the content of Malic acid and 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol decreased, with significant enrichment in the starch and sucrose metabolic pathways, galactose metabolic pathway, and ABC transporter protein pathway. The above results indicate that the fruit inclusions of ‘Kyoho’ grapes treated with translucent bagging were more active in metabolism than those of ‘Kyoho’ grapes treated with the other four bagging methods, which had a significant effect on improving the quality of ‘Kyoho’ grapes. The results of the present study provide a good basis for the use of the bagging technique. The results of this study provide a strong basis for the application of bagging technology in the improvement of fruit quality of ‘Kyoho’ grapes.
