      为探究授粉品种对东试早柚(Dongshizao pummelo)果实贮藏品质的影响,本文以东试早柚自然授粉为对照,柚(Citrus maxima (Burm.) Merr.)和葡萄柚(Citrus paradisi Macf.)不同品种进行授粉,果实成熟采摘后常温条件贮藏,测定贮藏60 d(天)内果实品质相关指标,结合主成分分析和隶属函数法对贮藏品质进行综合评价。结果表明;随着贮藏时间的延长,果实失重率逐渐升高,失重速率在贮藏第45 d时达到峰值;且自然授粉果实失重率高于异花授粉果实。相较于第0 d,贮藏第30 d时自然授粉、Tahition授粉果实可溶性固形物含量下降幅度分别10.08%、13.78%,而Cocktail、Oroblanco授粉果实贮藏第45 d时可溶性固形物含量显著降低。贮藏第60 d,自然授粉、泰国红宝石柚、Flame、Oroblanco授粉果实总酸含量和固酸比均显著降低。综合评价结果显示,Sarawak授粉果实贮藏品质综合得分变异系数最小(1.96%),贮藏期间品质变化幅度较小;Genetic Dwarf、Oroblanco授粉果实采后贮藏期间综合品质变化幅度相对较小,耐贮藏性较好。本研究结果为东试早柚生产上授粉品种筛选和授粉树配置提供了理论参考。
英文摘要:
      In order to explore the effects of different pollens on fruit storage characteristics of Dongshizao pummelo. The different cultivars of pummelo and grapefruit were used as pollen parents, and the natural pollination was taken as control group. Fruits were stored at room temperature after ripening and picking, the changes of interior quality and antioxidant indexes of fruits within 60 days were determined, and the storage quality was comprehensively evaluated by principal component analysis (PCA) and subordination function method. The results showed that the fruit weight loss increased with storage time extended, the weight loss rate reached the peak on the 45th day of storage. The total soluble solid (TSS) of fruits pollinated by natural pollination and Tahition decreased by 10.08% and 13.78%, respectively on the 30th day of storage. While the total soluble solid content of fruits pollinated by Cocktail and Oroblanco decreased significantly on the 45th day of storage. The titratable acidity (TA) content and TSS/TA ratio of natural, Hongbaoshi pummelo, Flame and Oroblanco pollinated fruits were significantly decreased on the 60th day of storage. The results of comprehensive evaluation showed that the variation coefficient of comprehensive score of Sarawak pollinated fruits was the smallest (1.96%), and the varied range of storage quality was small. The comprehensive quality variation range of Genetic Dwarf and Oroblanco pollinated fruits during post-harvest storage was relatively small, and better storable character.
