| 【目的】探究在低温胁迫之后,不同倍性紫果西番莲叶绿素荧光的差异,揭露不同倍性的西番莲植物光合作用潜力的遗传变异规律,并为进一步研究和高效栽培技术提供理论基础。【方法】以二倍体和四倍体的紫果西番莲‘台农1号’的苗木为材料,放置于4℃冰箱内进行低温胁迫,分别设置0h、6h、12h、24h、36h、48h的处理时间,低温处理后立即使用高速连续激发式荧光仪 Handy PEA 测定其叶绿素荧光参数。【结果】随着低温胁迫时间的增加,两种倍性的紫果西番莲植株的初始荧光(Fo)、最大荧光产量(Fm)、可变荧光(Fv)、最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、电子传递效率(Fm/Fo)、潜在活性(Fv/Fo)均表现出下降趋势,低温处理48h之后,与四倍体相比,二倍体植株的叶绿素荧光参数值平均下降了22%,可见二倍体植株的降低趋势比四倍体植株的更加明显。PSⅡ反应中心能量流动分配显示ABS/RC、DIo/RC、TRo/RC、ETo/RC呈现先下降后上升的趋势,RC/CSo、ΦEo、ΦPo、Φo随胁迫时间的增加,呈现增减反复的情况,低温胁迫之后四倍体植株变化较小,抗逆性更强。【结论】在低温胁迫下,四倍体的叶绿素荧光整体优于二倍体,说明四倍体紫果西番莲对环境的适应能力更强,且多倍体化增强了紫果西番莲的光合作用能力及对光能的传递能力。 |

| 【Object】To explore the differences in chlorophyll fluorescence of different ploidy of Passiflora vulgaris after low-temperature stress, and to reveal the genetic variation of photosynthetic capacity of different ploidy of Passiflora vulgaris plants, so as to provide a theoretical basis for other studies and efficient cultivation techniques.【Method】Seedlings of diploid and tetraploid purple-fruited passion flower 'Tainong 1' were used as material, they were placed in a refrigerator at 4℃ for low-temperature stress, and the treatment times were set at 0h, 6h, 12h, 24h, 36h, and 48h, respectively, and the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were determined by a high-speed continuous excitation fluorometer, Handy PEA, immediately after the low-temperature treatment. 【Result】Fo, Fm, Fv, Fv/Fm, Fm/Fo, Fv/Fo of purple-fruited passionflower plants of both ploidies showed a decreasing trend with increasing duration of low-temperature stress. After 48h of low-temperature treatment, the chlorophyll fluorescence parameter values of diploid plants decreased by an average of 22% compared with those of tetraploid, which shows that the decreasing trend is more pronounced in diploid plants than in tetraploid plants. The distribution of energy flow in the PSⅡ reaction centre showed that ABS/RC, DIo/RC, TRo/RC and ETo/RC showed a decreasing and then increasing trend, and RC/CSo, ΦEo, ΦPo and Φo showed a recurring increase/decrease with the increase of stress time. The tetraploid plants showed less change and more resistance after low-temperature stress.【Conclusion】Under low-temperature stress, the chlorophyll fluorescence of tetraploids was overall better than that of diploids, suggesting that tetraploid purple-fruit passionfruit is more adaptable to the environment, and that polyploidisation enhances the photosynthetic capacity of purple-fruit passionfruit and its ability to transfer light energy.. |
