      为了解不同品种榴莲在低温胁迫下的反应机制,比较不同品种耐冷能力,本研究对海南主栽品种干尧、猫山王、金枕、黑刺榴莲幼苗进行10℃低温胁迫,比较其叶片解剖结构及光合特性差异,并利用主成分分析及隶属函数的方法,综合评价耐冷表现。结果表明,4个品种榴莲幼苗在低温胁迫后叶片解剖结构具有显著性差异,干尧和猫山王栅海比显著高于金枕和黑刺;组织结构紧实度最大的品种为干尧,显著高于金枕。叶绿素相关含量低温胁迫后同样具有显著性差异。4个品种榴莲在低温胁迫后,净光合速率、蒸腾速率及气孔导度较常温对照都有所降低,细胞间隙CO2浓度升高;干尧气孔导度显著高于黑刺,金枕细胞间隙CO2浓度显著低于干尧。通过隶属函数法进行综合评价,得到了4个品种榴莲幼苗在10℃低温下的耐冷表现由高到低为:干尧>猫山王>黑刺>金枕。研究结果可为榴莲耐冷品种选育及栽培应用提供理论基础。
英文摘要:
      In order to explore response mechanisms of different durian varieties under low-temperature stress and compare their cold tolerance capabilities, in this study, the seedlings of the main varieties cultivated in Hainan, namely, Kan Yao, Musang King, Monthong, and Black Thorn durian, were subjected to 10°C low-temperature stress. The differences in their leaf anatomical structures and photosynthetic characteristics were compared, and principal component analysis and membership function methods were utilized to comprehensively evaluate the cold tolerance performance. The results indicated that there were significant differences in the leaf anatomical structures among the four durian varieties after low-temperature stress. The palisade/spongy parenchyma ratio of Kan Yao and Musang King was significantly higher than that of Monthong and Black Thorn. The variety with the greatest tissue structure compactness was Kan Yao, which was significantly higher than that of Monthong. The contents related to chlorophyll also exhibited significant differences after low-temperature stress. After low-temperature stress, the net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, and stomatal conductance of the four durian varieties decreased compared to the normal temperature control, while the intercellular CO2 concentration increased. The stomatal conductance of Kan Yao was significantly higher than that of Black Thorn, and the intercellular CO2 concentration of Monthong was significantly lower than that of Kan Yao. Through the comprehensive evaluation using the membership function method, the cold tolerance performance of the four durian varieties at 10°C low temperature was ranked from high to low as follows: Kan Yao > Musang King > Black Thorn > Monthong. The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the breeding and cultivation application of cold-tolerant durian varieties.
