      为探讨不同强度UV-B对高丛蓝莓生长、光合参数及钙含量的影响,以人工气候室中的白光为基础光,设置5个UV-B强度处理:5 μw·cm-2(CK,未增补UV-B,参数为环境噪值)、8 μw·cm-2(T1)、11 μw·cm-2(T2)、14 μw·cm-2(T3)和17 μw·cm-2(T4)对3月生‘大果蓝金’与‘优瑞卡’扦插幼苗进行为期60 d的光照培养实验。研究结果表明:UV-B会显著促进‘大果蓝金’和‘优瑞卡’的生物量积累与叶面积,降低2种高丛蓝莓叶片的净光合反应速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、叶绿素含量,显著提高2种高丛蓝莓叶片的非光化学猝灭系数(qN)。还会显著影响‘优瑞卡’蓝莓根、茎、叶中的钙含量,当强度为8 μw·cm-2时对‘大果蓝金’蓝莓叶片和‘优瑞卡’蓝莓茎、叶中的钙含量积累最有益。
英文摘要:
      In order to investigate the effects of different intensity UV-B on the growth, photosynthetic parameters and calcium content of highbush blueberry, five UV-B intensity treatments were set based on white light in artificial climate chamber. 5μw ·cm-2 (CK, UV-B not added, The parameters were ambient noise value), 8 μw·cm-2 (T1), 11 μw·cm-2 (T2), 14 μw·cm-2 (T3) and 17 μw·cm-2 (T4). The cuttings of 3-month blueberry seedlings (Blue gold,Eureka) were cultured by light for 60 days. The results showed that UV-B significantly promoted the biomass accumulation and leaf area of ''Blue gold'' and ''Eureka'', decreased the net photosynthetic reaction rate (Pn), stomatal conductance (Gs), transpiration rate (Tr) and chlorophyll content of the leaves of two high-bush blueberries, and significantly increased the non-photochemical quenching coefficient (qN) of the leaves of two high-bush blueberries. UV-B also significantly affected the calcium content in the roots, stems and leaves of ''Eureka'' blueberry. When the intensity of UV-B was 8 μw·cm-2, the accumulation of calcium content in ''Blue gold'' blueberry leaves and ''Eureka'' blueberry stems and leaves was the most beneficial.
