| 【目的】为探究黔东南树莓资源的亲缘关系,了解其遗传距离远近,为后续树莓良种认定与品种选育及合理选配亲本提供参考。【方法】以黔东南州38份树莓资源为材料,基于SRAP分子标记技术分析黔东南树莓资源的遗传多样性。【结果】结果表明:10对引物扩展出的条带多态性比率为96.20%;把野生和栽培的黔东南树莓资源分为两个居群,观测等位基因数为1.9624,有效等位基因数为1.3351,同时,Nei’s基因多样性指数为到了0.2196,Shannon信息指数为0.3562,其中黔东南野生树莓资源的有效基因数和基因多样性指数(H)、Shannon’s 信息指数(I)数值均小于栽培品种;从38份树莓资源的聚类树状图上可以明显看出栽培品种与野生种质没有明显分开聚类,22号为插田藨的树莓资源与其他37份树莓资源遗传距离较大。【结论】SRAP分子标记在对树莓的遗传多样性研究中具有重要价值,未来可对插田藨类树莓进行更加深度的基因研究,为树莓育种工作提供更多更准确的信息。 |

| 【Objective】In order to explore the genetic relationship of raspberry resources in Qiandongnan city of Guizhou, understand their genetic distance, and provide reference for the subsequent identification of raspberry varieties, selection of raspberry varieties, and rational selection of parents.【. Method】Using 38 raspberry resources from Qiandongnan Prefecture as materials, the genetic diversity of Qiandongnan raspberry resources was analyzed based on SRAP molecular marker technology. 【Results】The results showed that the polymorphism rate of the bands extended by 10 pairs of primers was 96.20%; The wild and cultivated raspberry resources in Qiandongnan were divided into two populations, with an observed allele number of 1.9624 and an effective allele number of 1.3351. At the same time, the Nei's gene diversity index was 0.2196 and the Shannon information index was 0.3562.The effective gene number, gene diversity index (H), and Shannon's information index (I) values of wild raspberry resources in southeastern Guizhou are all lower than those of cultivated varieties; From the clustering tree diagram of 38 raspberry resources, it can be clearly seen that cultivated varieties and wild germplasm are not clustered separately. The raspberry resource with yellow fruits on the 22nd has a relatively large genetic distance from the other 37 raspberry resources.【Conclusion】SRAP molecular markers have important value in the study of genetic diversity in raspberries,in the future, more in-depth genetic research can be conducted on Rubus coreanus?Miq. to provide more accurate information for raspberry breeding work. |
