| 通过探究不同储藏条件和采摘方式对血橙花青素、糖酸等品质指标的影响,为血橙科学储藏提供理论依据。塔罗科血橙(Citrus sinensis 'Tarocco')为试验材料,以留树果、枝挂果和单采果等方式采摘,之后分别储藏于常温和低温(4 ℃),并于不同储藏时间取样,测定品质指标。结果表明,血橙果肉中花青素主要成分中矢车菊素浓度最高,占比为97%。低温储藏30天后,血橙矢车菊素浓度显著提高了3.6倍,其随储藏时间而增加;进一步分析,单采果短期储藏矢车菊素浓度最高,枝挂果长期低温储藏矢车菊素浓度最高。通过相关性解析,可溶磷浓度是影响花青素和可溶糖的主要养分因素。基于此,建议单采果宜短期储藏,枝挂果宜长期储藏,可为实际生产提供参考。 |

| By exploring the effects of different storage conditions and picking methods on the quality indexes of blood orange anthocyanins, sugar and acid, it could provide theoretical basis for blood orange. We selected Citrus sinensis 'Tarocco' as the test material and stored at room temperature and low temperature (4 ℃) respectively in three kinds of picking methods, and the index was determined by sampling at different storage times. The results showed that the main components of anthocyanins of blood orange was centaurin, accounting for 97% of the total anthocyanins. After storage at 4 ℃ for 30 days, the centaurin content was significantly increased by 3.6 times, and it increased with storage time. Further analysis showed that centaurea was the highest in short-term storage of only fruits at 4 ℃, and the centaurea content was the highest in long-term storage of branch-hung fruits at 4 ℃. At the same time, soluble phosphorus concentration is the main nutrient factor affecting anthocyanin and soluble sugar in blood orange. Based on this, it is suggested that short-term storage is suitable for single harvest fruit and long-term storage for branch-hanging fruit, which can provide a guidance for blood orange production. |
