| 为了解树势和气象因子对沃柑果实着色至成熟期品质变化及影响,为沃柑修剪、熟期调控及优质栽培提供参考。本文以六年生香橙砧沃柑为试材,在沃柑果实开始着色到成熟期,分别从强树势和弱树势果树采集果实,定期测量果实纵横径、单果重、果皮厚度、色泽等外观品质和可溶性固形物、有机酸、Vc等内在品质,同时测量果树树高、地径、枝下高、结果数、东西冠幅、南北冠幅和记录果园日平均温度、相对湿度、日照时长、日照辐射量。结果表明,随果实发育成熟,沃柑纵横径、单果重、色差a*值和可溶性固形物含量逐渐上升;果皮厚度、色差L*值、色差b*值、有机酸和Vc呈下降趋势;日平均温度、相对湿度、树高、挂果量和东西冠幅等因素对沃柑果实品质有显著影响。 |

| In order to understand the effects of tree potential and meteorological factors on the quality of Orah from coloring to ripening, and to provide references for Orah pruning, ripening control and quality cultivation, this paper presents the results of a study on the quality of Orah fruits from the beginning of coloring to ripening. In this paper, the six-year-old Orah on orange rootstock was used as the test material, and the fruits were collected from strong and weak fruit trees from the beginning of coloring to the ripening period, and the external qualities such as longitudinal and transverse diameters, weight of a single fruit, thickness of the skin, color, etc. as well as the intrinsic qualities of the fruit such as soluble solids, organic acids, Vc, etc., were measured regularly, and the height of the fruit trees, the diameter of the ground, the height of the fruit trees under the branches, the number of fruits, the east-west crown, the north-south crown, etc., and the average temperature, relative humidity, sunshine duration, and the average temperature and sunshine intensity were also recorded. Mean temperature, relative humidity, sunshine duration and sunshine radiation were recorded. The results showed that the longitudinal and transverse diameters, single fruit weight, color difference a* value and soluble solids content gradually increased with fruit development and maturity; the peel thickness, color difference L* value, color difference b* value, organic acid and Vc showed a decreasing trend; and the factors of average daily temperature, relative humidity, tree height, fruiting quantity and east-west crown width had a significant effect on the quality of Warmer fruit. |
