| 为研究温州蜜柑果实富硒技术及探究富硒对叶片及果实矿质元素的影响,采用叶面喷施氨基酸螯合硒肥的方式,分析不同浓度和喷施次数处理的富硒效果,并分析富硒后对温州果实品质和矿质元素的影响。结果表明硒肥浓度和喷施次数均显著影响柑橘叶片和果实的硒含量,硒含量随着浓度和次数的增加而提高,并且叶片中硒积累量显著高于果实。结果显示氨基酸螯合硒肥稀释500倍,共喷施7次富硒效果最佳,温州蜜柑果肉硒含量可达22.5 μg/kg。同时,果实富硒后对柑橘营养品质影响不显著。喷硒后提高了叶片中K、Ni、Co、Mo及果实中Ni和Co元素含量,降低了叶片中Ca、Mg、B 、Ti和Sr元素含量及果实中的Al和Zn含量,其他矿质元素则差异不显著。 |

| The objective of this study was to examine the selenium enrichment technology of Satsuma mandarin (Citrus unshiu Marc.) and to investigate the impact of selenium enrichment on the mineral composition of leaves and fruits. To achieve this, foliar spraying of amino acid chelated selenium fertilizers was utilized to evaluate the selenium enrichment efficacy of varying concentrations and spraying frequencies of the treatments, as well as to assess the influence of selenium enrichment on the quality of citrus fruit and mineral elements. The results demonstrated that the concentration of selenium fertilizer and the frequency of spraying had a significant impact on the selenium content of citrus leaves and fruits. The selenium content increased in conjunction with the concentration and number of sprays, and the selenium accumulation in leaves was drastically higher than that in fruits. The results indicated that the optimal selenium enrichment effect of amino acid-chelated selenium fertilizer was achieved when it was diluted 500-fold and applied seven times. The selenium content of the fruit flesh can reach 22.5 μg/kg.S Furthermore, the impact of selenium enrichment on the nutritional quality of Satsuma mandarin fruit was found to be inconsequential. The application of selenium foliar sprays increased the concentration of potassium (K), nickel (Ni), cobalt (Co), and molybdenum (Mo) in the leaves, as well as nickel (Ni) and cobalt (Co) in the fruits. Conversely, a reduction in the concentration of calcium(Ca), magnesium(Mg), boron(B), titanium(Ti), and strontium(Sr) in the leaves and aluminum(Al), zinc(Zn) in the fruits was observed. No statistically significant differences were observed in the concentrations of other mineral elements. |
