      探明柠檬种质资源遗传多样性,为其保护与利用提供理论依据。采用ISSR分子标记技术对柠檬及近缘种49份材料进行遗传多样性分析。筛选出的12条引物共检测到87条DNA条带,其中7条为多态性条带,多态性条带比率为88.51%。聚类结果显示在遗传距离0.130时,可将49份样品划分为4个大类群。利用ISSR标记技术可有效揭示柠檬种质资源的遗传多样性,且柠檬遗传多样性丰富,研究结果对柠檬种质资源的保护利用和遗传改良有重要意义。
英文摘要:
      The aim of this study was to provide a scientific basis for the conservation and utilization of lemon resources。Genetic diversity of 49 materials of lemon and its related species were analyzed by ISSR markers. A total of 87 DNA bands were amplified from the 12 polymorphic primers, which were screened from 20 ISSR primers. Among those obtained bands,77 were polymorphic ones, accounting for 85.51% polymorphism. The UPGMA method was used for cluster analysis, and 49 samples could be divided into four large groups when the number of different lines was 0.130.The genetic diversity revealed effectively by ISSR markers, and the genetic diversity of lemon is rich, would provide some valuable references for protection, utilization and variety selection of lemon。
