      以10种不同柑橘品种果皮为研究对象,采用紫外分光光度法、高效液相色谱法(HPLC)、体外抗氧化法(DPPH、ABTA、FRAP),研究不同柑橘品种果皮甲醇提取物中总酚、总黄酮物质含量以及不同多酚类物质组份、含量与抗氧化能力间的相关性。结果表明:柑橘果皮富含多种酚类物质,不同种类间酚类物质组成及含量与抗氧化能力差异显著,总酚及橙皮苷与果皮提取物的抗氧化能力有较好的正相关性。整体上,印度酸橘、台湾山橘等资源酚类物质含量高,抗氧化能力强,具有很好的开发利用潜力。
英文摘要:
      This study used 10 different citrus fruits as research objects and extracted the phenolic substances by methanol method. Then using ultraviolet spectrophotometry to determine the content of total phenol and total flavonoids, at the same time using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to detect the composition and content of these phenolic substances. Furthermore, the antioxidant activities of each material were evaluated by DPPH, ABTA and FRAP methods, the correlation between total phenolics, total flavonoids, monomer composition and content and antioxidant capacity was analyzed by the data anlysis software.This study showed that Indian tangerine was rich in the total phenolic and total flavonoids, which were 52.241 ± 2.148 mg·g -1 DW and 58.168 ± 0.919 mg·g -1 DW respectively. The content of Gallic acid and Chlorogenic acid was the most abundant materials in phenolic acid, and they were both rich in Tachibana orange(Gallic acid 0.614 ± 0.120 mg·g -1 DW, Chlorogenic acid 0.477 ± 0.057 mg·g -1 DW). Hesperidin and Narirutin were the most abundant materials in flavonoids, which were the highest in Grapefruit(61.137 ± 4.026 mg·g -1 DW) and Sour orange(23.809 ± 2.794 mg·g -1 DW). Different citrus fruits showed different antioxidant capacity and the antioxidant index (APC) of these were range from 36.41% to 100%. Indian tangerine had the strongest antioxidant capacity and Citron had the weakest antioxidant capacity. The total phenolic and hesperidin have important promoting role in the antioxidant capacity of the peel extracts. The resources of Indian tangerine and Tachibana orange have luxuriant bioactive substances, which may have good potential for development and utilization.
