| 为探究花器官脱落对西番莲植株功能叶位及花柄离层部位主要生理指标及形态结构的响应特征,以西番莲(Passiflora edulis Sims)品种‘台农1号’为试验材料,分析其功能叶位第1-3、4-6叶及花柄离层部位的各项生理代谢指标及内源激素变化,并对花柄离层部位显微组织结构进行了解剖观察。结果表明,西番莲花器官脱落后,其相应枝蔓上的第1-3、4-6叶中的蔗糖、淀粉含量及其蔗糖磷酸合成酶(Sucrose phosphate synthetas, SPS)、蔗糖合成酶(Sucrose synthetase, SS)活性下降,而在花柄离层区部位反而提高;其-淀粉酶也升高;各个功能叶位及花柄离层部位中过氧化物酶(Peroxidase, POD)、多酚氧化酶(Polyphenol oxidase, PPO)活性变化较之对照较大,尤其是以花柄离层部位中活性最高;对于内源激素含量,花器官脱落后相应枝蔓上的第1-3、4-6叶、花柄中的赤霉素(GA3)和生长素(IAA)含量升高,第1-3、4-6叶中脱落酸(ABA)含量也升高,花柄离层区部位反而下降;细胞分裂素(CTK)与玉米素核苷(ZR)也是同样的变化规律。西番莲花器官脱落后,花柄离层组织结构发生很大变化,其切片染色较浅,细胞数较少,表皮细胞体积较大、排列疏松,髓部细胞胞体积变大、细胞排列松散,维管束细胞内含物降解、排列松散无序,部分维管束发生降解、塌陷,维管束细胞内淀粉粒降解。总之,西番莲花器官脱落后影响到植株包括碳水化合物等营养物质重新分配,也影响內源激素内在平衡关系,导致花柄离区形成结构上发生了较大变化。 |

| Passion fruit variety ‘Tainong 1’ (Passiflora eduli Sims) was used as the experimental material. The main physiological indicators and endogenous hormone changes of functional leaves No.1-3, No.4-6 and pedicel abscission zone were determined. The microstructure of pedicel abscission zone was observed by scanning electron microscope. The characteristics of floral organ abscission on the main physiological indicators and morphological structure of functional leaves and pedicel abscission zone of passion fruit were studied. The results showed that after the flower buds fell off, the contents of sucrose and starch, as well as the activities of SPS and SS enzyme, were decreased in the No.1-3 and No.4-6 leaves on the corresponding branches, while were increased in the pedicel abscission zone; The activities of -amylase were also increased; The activities of POD and PPO enzyme in various functional leaves and pedicel abscission zones were significant changed, especially the activity in the pedicel abscission zone was highest; For endogenous hormone contents, the GA3 and IAA contents of the No.1-3, No.4-6 leaves and pedicel abscission zone, as well as the ABA contents of the No.1-3 and No.4-6 leaves were increased, while the contents of the pedicel abscission zone were decreased; the changes of the CTK and ZR contents were also followed the same pattern of change. After the floral organ fell off, the tissue structure of the pedicel abscission layer were significantly changed. The slice staining was lighter, fewer number of cells, largely the volume of epidermal cells and arranged loosely, the volume of cells in the pulp were increased and also arranged loosely, the contents of vascular bundle cells were degraded and arranged loosely and disordered, some vascular bundles were degraded and collapsed, and the starch granules in vascular bundle cells were degraded. In summary, after the flower buds fell off, the redistribution of nutrients such as carbohydrates in the plant, as well as the internal balance of endogenous hormones were affected, which leading to significant changes in the structure of the pedicel abscission zone. |
