| 【目 的】合理采收期能够有效提高“花牛苹果”的产量，改善果实品质，延长贮藏时间，解决天水“花牛苹果”采后易“发绵”的问题。【方法】为此，本研究以天水市主要种植区麦积区的“花牛苹果”为研究对象，通过不同时期采收的“花牛苹果”采后食用品质和贮藏品质差异以及霉心病发病率进行对比分析。【结果】结果表明，在麦积区伯阳镇马岘村苹果基地，盛花期后155d左右（2021.9.8）进行采收，收获的苹果果实具有较高的质量、硬度和可溶性固形物含量，较低的可滴定酸含量，以及优质的果形指数。并且，该时期收获的苹果果实可以有效减缓果实的软化，增加果实的可溶性固形物含量，减少霉心病的发病率。【结论】选择“花牛苹果”最佳采收期能够有效提高花牛苹果的果实品质，增加果实的储存时长，减少霉心病的发病率。为此，本研究提出了天水“花牛苹果”不同种植区的最佳采收时间，以期解决天水“花牛苹果”因品质问题造成的产销矛盾。 |

| 【Objective】Suitable harvesting period can effectively increase the yield, improve the fruit quality, prolong the storage time, and solve the problem of “Huaniu apples” in Tianshui city which is easy to become soft after harvesting. 【Method】In this study, the main growing area of Tianshui City, Maiji District, was taken as the object of study, and the differences in post-harvest quality and storage quality as well as the incidence of modly core disease of “Huaniu apples” harvested in different periods were analyzed comparatively. 【Results】The results showed that the best quality of “Huaniu apples” could be obtained by selecting the harvesting time around 155d after the full bloom period (2021.9.8) in Ma Yan Village, Maiji District, Tianshui, China. the harvested apple fruits possessed high quality, hardness, and soluble solids content, low titratable acid content, and high-quality fruit shape index. Moreover, apple fruits harvested in the period could effectively slow down the softening of fruits, increase the soluble solids content of fruits, and reduce the incidence of moldy heart disease. 【Conclusion】Selecting the optimal harvesting period of “Huaniu apples” can effectively improve the fruit quality of Huaniu apples, increase the storage time of the fruit, and reduce the incidence of moldy heart disease. In this study, the optimal harvesting time for different planting areas of Tianshui Huaniu apples was proposed in order to solve the contradiction between production and marketing of Tianshui Huaniu apples caused by quality problems. |
