| 本文旨在研究劳动力成本对中国柑橘生产效益的影响。文章采用2013-2022年中国柑橘七个主产区的成本收益数据，基于柯布道格拉斯生产函数进行实证分析。研究发现，劳动力成本与柑橘产值呈负相关，物质成本与柑橘产值也呈负相关，土地成本与柑橘产值呈正相关但关系相对较弱。此外，各主产区劳动力成本、产值和投入产出比均呈现不同的变化趋势，且存在地区差异。基于这些结论，文章提出了优化劳动力资源配置、完善社会保障和福利制度留住年轻劳动、提高劳动力素质、完善土地政策、加强成本管理与技术创新等对策建议，对于准确把握柑橘产业发展态势、科学制定产业政策、切实提高柑橘生产效益具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。 |

| The purpose of this paper is to study the impact of labor cost on the efficiency of citrus production in China. This paper uses the cost-benefit data of seven major citrus producing areas in China from 2013 to 2022, and conducts an empirical analysis based on the Cobb Douglas production function. The results show that labor cost is negatively correlated with citrus output value, material cost is also negatively correlated with citrus output value, and land cost is positively correlated with citrus output value but the relationship is relatively weak. In addition, the labor cost, output value and input-output ratio of each major producing area showed different trends, and there were regional differences. Based on these conclusions, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as optimizing the allocation of labor resources, improving the social security and welfare system to retain young labor, improving the quality of labor, improving land policy, strengthening cost management and technological innovation, etc., which has important theoretical value and practical significance for accurately grasping the development trend of citrus industry, scientifically formulating industrial policies, and effectively improving citrus production efficiency. |
