      【研究目的】为探明不同硒源外援强化剂对赣南脐橙上市初期鲜样硒含量及贮藏后果实品质的影响,阐明富硒脐橙适宜的采摘、贮藏时限。【研究方法】以5年生纽荷尔脐橙为试验对象,选取了有机硒源强化剂2种,无机硒源强化剂2种,于果实膨大期(8月中旬)开始,每15天施肥一次,共计施肥4次。于脐橙开采初期测定果肉硒含量,贮藏15日后与鲜果同时测定果实品质。【研究结果】不同硒源强化,提高了脐橙的产量与品质,使得脐橙达到了富硒标准;有机硒源的硒利用率及成本高于无机硒源;脐橙鲜果和贮藏果的果皮色泽综合指数(CCI)分别提高了6.67 %~35 %和2.84 %~25.26 %,可溶性固形物含量分别提高了3.8 %~12.39 %和0.9 %~7.19 %;喷施有机硒肥提高了脐橙鲜果和贮藏果的还原型Vc含量,浇施亚硒酸钠则降低了脐橙鲜果和贮藏果的还原型Vc的含量。【主要结论】果实膨大期开始施用外源硒可使得脐橙达到富硒柑橘的标准,有机硒利用率高于无机硒,但施用无机硒成本低于有机硒;有机硒对脐橙果皮颜色及内在品质的提升效果优于无机硒。
英文摘要:
      Objective】 In order to explore the effects of different selenium source foreign aid fortifiers on the selenium content of fresh samples and fruit quality after storage of Gannan navel orange, and to clarify the suitable picking and storage time limit of selenium-enriched navel orange. 【Method】 Taking 5-year-old newhall navel orange as the test object, two kinds of organic selenium source enhancers and two kinds of inorganic selenium source enhancers were selected. Fertilization was applied every 15 days for a total of 4 times from the fruit expansion period ( mid-August ). The selenium content in the flesh was determined at the early stage of navel orange picking period, and the fruit quality was determined at after 15 days of storage with the same time of the fresh fruit. 【Result】 The yield and quality of navel orange were improved by different selenium sources, which made navel orange reach the standard of selenium enrichment.The availability and cost of organic selenium sources are higher than those of inorganic selenium sources. The peel color composite index ( CCI ) of navel orange fresh fruit and storage fruit increased by 6.67 % ~ 35 % and 2.84 % ~ 25.26 % , and the soluble solids content increased by 3.8 % ~ 12.39 % and 0.9 % ~ 7.19 % . Spraying organic selenium fertilizer increased the content of reduced Vc in fresh and stored navel orange fruits. Watering sodium selenite reduced the content of reduced Vc in fresh and stored navel orange fruits. 【Conclusion】 The application of exogenous selenium at fruit expansion stage can make navel orange reach the standard of selenium-enriched citrus. The availability of organic selenium is higher than that of inorganic selenium, but the cost of applying inorganic selenium is lower than that of organic selenium. The effect of organic selenium on the color and internal quality of navel orange peel is better than that of inorganic selenium.
