| 【目的】本研究旨在筛选出蓝莓果蝇诱捕剂并探究果蝇田间活动规律。【方法】以蓝莓品种密斯蒂、奥尼尔、莱格西、布鲁吉塔、北陆和夏普兰为试验对象,利用红糖、白酒、白醋、果蝇诱饵、安琪酵母、90%敌百虫晶体、成熟香蕉和蓝莓果实配制诱捕剂,调查不同诱捕剂在蓝莓不同品种园、月份及每日诱捕到的果蝇数量。【结果】糖醋液(红糖:白醋:白酒:水=1:2:2:4)+蓝莓20克为适宜诱捕剂,每亩悬挂10~20个诱捕瓶效果最佳;蓝莓果蝇于果实成熟前开始出现,晴天活动量大,雨天活动量小,日活动高峰为7:00之前和17:00之后。5-7月(成熟期)果蝇诱捕数量呈低-高-低趋势,6月为果蝇活动高峰期,7月温度超30℃时果蝇数量显著减少。【结论】本研究明确了蓝莓果蝇田间活动规律,为制定湖北蓝莓果蝇的监测与精准防控策略提供了科学依据。 |

| [Objective] To conduct a screening of trapping agents for Drosophila in blueberry fields and an investigation of its activity patterns. [Method] Using the major cultivated fresh-eating blueberry varieties of Misty, O'Neal, Legacy, Blueridge, Northland, and Sharpblue as the experimental subjects, various trapping agents were formulated with brown sugar, baijiu, white vinegar, fruit fly bait, yeast, 90% trichlorfon crystals, ripe bananas, and blueberries as experimental materials, and investigated the trapping effectiveness of Drosophila trapping agents among different blueberry varieties, as well as the activity patterns of Drosophila in the field. [Results] The results indicated that the sugar-vinegar solution (brown sugar : white vinegar : baijiu : water = 1:2:2:4) + 20 grams of blueberries is suitable luring agents. The appropriate number of trapping bottles per 667 m2 is between 10 to 20. Flies appear before the mature period of blueberries in the field, with a higher level of activity observed during clear weather and significantly less activity during rainy days. The peak activity occurred before 7:00 AM and after 5:00 PM. From May to July, the trend of trapped flies exhibits a low-high-low pattern. Notably, when temperatures rise above 30°C in July, the number of flies decreases markedly. Adding ripe blueberries to the sugar-vinegar liquid significantly enhanced the trapping effect. Additionally, the peak activity periods of the blueberry flies occur in June, as well as during the morning and evening of the day. [Conclusion] Understanding the activity patterns of the fly allows for preemptive control measures to be implemented at critical times, thereby mitigating the damage caused by the fly. |
