| 为明确斑翅果蝇Drosophila suzukii在崂山区的发生及不同诱捕技术的诱杀效果比较。本研究通过斑翅果蝇信息素监测崂山区斑翅果蝇的发生规律,采用4种引诱剂、诱捕器对斑翅果蝇进行诱控防效测试。结果表明：崂山区斑翅果蝇发生高峰期在5月下旬和6月中旬,诱捕器防治效果：红桶诱捕器>自制诱捕器>黄桶诱捕器>黄板；引诱剂防治效果：SWD信息素＋糖醋液>SWD信息素>糖醋液>果实蝇诱剂>酵母糖；斑翅果蝇信息素相对防效达80%以上,能够有效防控斑翅果蝇。建议以红桶诱捕器＋信息素＋糖醋液监测和防控斑翅果蝇,以减少农药的使用。 |

| To elucidate the regularity of outbreak of Drosophila suzukii in the Laoshan district and conduct an experimental comparison of diverse trapping methodologies. In this study, pheromones of Drosophila suzukii were used to monitor the occurrence of Drosophila suzukii in Laoshan district, and four types of attractants, traps were used to test the effect of attracting and controlling drosophila suzukii. The findings indicate that the peak period of Drosophila suzukii occurred in late May and mid-June in the Laoshan district.Control effect of the trap: Red Bucket Traps > Homemade traps > Yellow Bucket Traps > Yellow Board. Control effects of the attractant:: SWD pheromone + Sweet and sour Liquor >SWD Pheromone > Sweet and Sour Liquor > Fruit fly attractor > Yeast sugar.The relative efficacy of pheromones against drosophila suzukii exceeds 80%, effectively controlling the pest.It is recommended to use red bucket trap + pheromone + sweet and sour liquid to monitoring and control drosophila suzukii to reduce the use of pesticides. |
