| 利用番木瓜种质资源圃的资源开展杂交育种,观察后代的性状表现,选出符合育种目标的非转基因果用型番木瓜。以红日2号番木瓜为母本,夏威夷番木瓜后代优株为父本,杂交后以亲本为对照对杂交一代进行性状调查分析。选出优质杂交一代新品种,定名为红日3号番木瓜。该品种植株生长旺盛、节位坐果率97.5%,平均单株商品果为29.2个,平均单果质量783.6 g。商品果呈椭圆形,果实纵径15.6 cm、横径10.1 cm,果皮光滑,果肉红色,果肉厚2.4 cm,柔嫩多汁无渣。可溶性固形物质量分数为14.5%,总糖质量为127 g.kg-1,总酸质量为1.5 g.kg-1,维生素C质量为397 mg.kg-1,粗纤维质量为5 g.kg-1。该品种于2020年通过广东省非主要农作物品种评定。通过杂交选育出的非转基因果用型番木瓜品种红日3号,具有丰产稳产、优质耐病、适应性强等优点,适宜在广东番木瓜产区推广种植,但感花叶病毒病,建议轮作或在新园种植。 |

| To breed a new non-GMO fruit-type papaya cultivar, which meets the requirements of market needs, by crossing screened germplasm resources of Germplasm Repository of Papaya (Carica papaya L.) Guangzhou City, Ministry of Agriculture. Offspring seedlings were obtained with Hongri No. 2 and superior plant strain of Hawaiian papaya as female and male parants. Then main botanical characters and qualities of those seedlings were tested with both parants as control group. A new cultivar named Hongri No. 3 was obtained by testing and screening of the F1 seedlings. The all-hermaphroditic cultivar is considered to be growthful, and well fruited, which is 97.5% fruited on stipes, can bear 29.2 commercial fruits per plant, and with fruit weight of 783.6 g, on average. Fruits of the cultivar is oval-shaped, the longitudinal and transverse diameters of the friut are 15.6 cm and 10.1 cm, respectively. The flesh is superior quality, with red color, 2.4 cm in thickness, the taste is tender, juicy and smooth. The contents of soluble solid, total sugar, total acid, Vitamin C and crude fiber are 14.5%, 127 g.kg-1, 1.5 g.kg-1, 397 mg.kg-1, 5 g.kg-1, respectively. Hongri No. 3 is a new high-quality friut papaya cultivar. The plant grows vigorously, high and stable yield. It is suitable for cultivation in the papaya producing areas in China and suggested to adopt rotation planting mode for sake of the prevention and control of virus disease. |
