| 为了解可降解防草布覆盖对不同类型柑橘园的土壤温湿度以及细菌群落多样性的影响,本研究在平地橘园和山地橘园中开展可降解防草布覆盖处理。利用TR-RS-0120土壤水分传感器(RS485型号)测定土壤温度和湿度,利用16S高通量测序技术检测土壤细菌群落组成。研究结果表明,可降解防草布覆盖处理能够显著降低橘园夏季土壤温度,提高冬季土壤温度和土壤湿度。可降解防草布覆盖处理对不同类型橘园土壤细菌群落的多样性和丰度产生差异影响,平地橘园覆盖组土壤细菌操作分类单元数(OTUs)比对照组高9.2%,优势菌门为占比19.96%的变形菌门,而山地橘园覆盖组OTUs比对照组低19.2%,优势菌门为占比24.84%的酸杆菌门。综上,本研究揭示了橘园可降解防草布覆盖处理可有效控温保湿,调节土壤细菌群落。 |

| To investigate the effects of biodegradable mulch film covering on soil temperature and humidity, as well as bacterial community diversity, this study performed the treatment of biodegradable mulch film covering in both plain and mountainous citrus orchards. Soil temperature and moisture were measured using a TR-RS-0120 soil moisture sensor (RS485 model), and high-throughput sequencing technology was employed to detect soil bacterial community composition in root zone soil samples. Results showed that the covering of biodegradable mulch film significantly reduced summer soil temperature, increased winter soil temperature and soil moisture, and had a differential effect on the diversity and abundance of soil bacterial community in both citrus orchards. The bacteria OTUs of the covered group were 9.2% higher than the control group in plain citrus orchard, with the dominant phylum Proteobacteria accounting for 19.96%, whereas the OTUs of the covered group were 19.2% lower than the control group in mountainous citrus orchard, with the dominant phylum Acidobacteriota accounting for 24.84%. In conclusion, this study revealed the covering of biodegradable mulch film could be effective in controlling soil temperature and moisture, and regulating soil bacterial communities in citrus orchards. |
