| 为解析澳洲坚果响应低温胁迫生理特性及抗寒能力,本研究以6个澳洲坚果品种的叶片为试验材料,通过低温胁迫(4 ℃)处理,对澳洲坚果10个生理指标测定分析,并利用相关性分析、主成分分析和隶属函数法对其抗寒能力进行综合评价。结果表明,随低温胁迫时间延长,澳洲坚果相对电导率呈升高趋势,相对含水量呈下降趋势,脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性随低温胁迫时间的延长呈先升后降之势,过氧化物酶(POD)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性整体上表现为先下降后上升的趋势。经主成分分析确定MDA、相对含水量、相对电导率、可溶性糖、POD、CAT、可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸8个生理指标可作为评价澳洲坚果叶片抗寒性的主要指标。运用隶属函数综合评价澳洲坚果耐寒性强弱为:南亚116号>南亚3号>南亚12号>A16>南亚1号>A4。本研究结果可为探明澳洲坚果低温胁迫应答调控机理,选育强耐寒性澳洲坚果新品种奠定基础。 |

| In order to analyze the physiological characteristics and cold resistance of macadamia nuts in response to low-temperature stress, the leaves of six macadamia varieties were used as test materials in this study, and 10 physiological indexes of macadamia nuts were measured and analyzed through low-temperature stress (4 ℃) treatment, and their cold resistance was comprehensively evaluated by using correlation analysis, principal component analysis, and affiliation function method. The results showed that the relative conductivity of macadamia nuts increased with the extension of low-temperature stress, the relative water content decreased, the content of proline, soluble proteins, soluble sugars, malondialdehyde (MDA) and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) increased and then decreased with the extension of low-temperature stress, and the activities of peroxidase (POD) and polyphenol oxidase (PPO) overall showed a decreasing and then increasing trend. (POD) and polyphenol oxidase (PPO) activities showed an overall decreasing and then increasing trend. After principal component analysis, it was determined that eight physiological indexes, namely, MDA, relative water content, relative conductivity, soluble sugar, POD, CAT, soluble protein and proline, could be used as the main indexes for evaluating the cold resistance of macadamia leaves. The strength of cold hardiness of macadamia nuts was comprehensively evaluated by applying the affiliation function as follows: Nanya No.116 > Nanya No.3> Nanya No.12 > A16 > Nanya No.1 > A4. The results of this study can lay a foundation for exploring the mechanism of low-temperature stress response regulation in macadamia nuts and selecting and breeding new varieties of strongly cold-tolerant macadamia nuts. |
