| 为了筛选出适合热区广西一年两收栽培需冷量的葡萄品种,本研究拟对广西引进及自育的15个葡萄品种的冬果枝及夏果枝需冷量进行比较及评价。研究结果表明:不同葡萄品种需冷量不同,相同品种不同组织需冷量不同,不同地区、不同栽培管理条件会影响需冷量,但需冷量关键还是由血缘和基因型决定。单氰胺有助于促进葡萄冬果枝和夏果枝芽休眠解除,并提高萌芽率及花芽率。此外,广西本土育出的新品种“桂葡9号”、“桂葡18号”和“桂葡8号”是低需冷量葡萄品种,适合在广西一年两收种植。 |

| In order to screen grape varieties with suitable chilling requirements for two harvest cultivation in hot area Guangxi, this study aims to compare and evaluate the chilling requirements of winter and summer fruit branches of 15 grape varieties introduced and self cultivated in Guangxi. The results indicated that different grape varieties differed in chilling requirements, and different tissues of the same variety varied in chilling requirements. Different regions and cultivation management conditions can affect the Chilling requirements, but the key factor for Chilling requirement is still determined by blood margin and genotype. Hydrogen cyanamide helps promote the release of dormancy in grape winter and summer branches, and increases germination and flower bud rates. Moreover, the new grape varieties Guipu NO.9, Guipu NO.18 and Guipu NO.8 breeding locally in Guangxi are low cooling requirements, which suitable for two harvest cultivation in Guangxi. |
