| 沃柑皮是沃柑果实生产的副产品,果胶是沃柑皮中的主要活性成分之一。本研究以沃柑皮为原料,为研究沃柑皮中果胶的提取工艺和理化性质,首先以果胶提取效率为考查指标,筛选出氯化胆碱-草酸混合物(DES-2)作为提取沃柑皮果胶的理想溶剂。接着在单因素的基础上,采用响应面设计优化超声辅助低共熔溶剂提取工艺条件。研究结果显示,在料液比为30:1(mL/g)、低共熔溶剂含水量为30%、超声波处理时间为32分钟、温度为61℃的条件下,沃柑皮果胶的提取效率可达27.01%。理化性质分析表明,提取的果胶含水量为9.98%,酸不溶灰分含量为0.37%,半乳糖醛酸含量为76.03%,酯化度为86.75%。经过优化的提取工艺能够稳定地获得果胶,为沃柑皮果胶的工业提取提供了理论依据。 |

| The pericarp of the Orah, a by-product of Orah fruit production, contains pectin as one of its primary active components. This study seeks to identify the optimal process conditions for extracting pectin from Orah peel using ultrasonic-assisted deep eutectic solvents (DES), and to characterize its physicochemical properties. Initially, with pectin extraction efficiency as the benchmark, a choline chloride-oxalic acid mixture (DES-2) was chosen as the optimal solvent for extracting pectin from Orah peel. Subsequently, utilizing response surface methodology, the ultrasound-assisted deep eutectic solvents extraction process conditions were optimized based on single-factor experiments. The findings indicated that with a solid-to-liquid ratio of 30:1 (mL/g), 30% water content in the DES, an ultrasonic treatment time of 32 minutes, and a temperature of 61°C, the extraction efficiency of Orah peel pectin could reach 27.01%. Physicochemical property analysis revealed that the extracted pectin had a moisture content of 9.98%, acid-insoluble ash content of 0.37%, galacturonic acid content of 76.03%, and a degree of esterification of 86.75%. The optimized extraction process can consistently yield pectin, offering a theoretical foundation for the industrial-scale extraction of Orah peel pectin. |
